While La Piazza Hotel and Convention Center boasts a promising venue, our wedding experience was marred by a series of unfortunate mishaps and miscommunications that left a lasting negative impression. Contractual Errors and Lack of Responsiveness: Our initial interactions with the hotel staff were concerning. The contract for our bridal and groom suites contained incorrect dates, and despite repeatedly pointing out these errors, the staff seemed reluctant to rectify them until we provided screenshots. This lack of attention to detail and responsiveness set a worrying precedent for our wedding preparations.
