arrived on a Sunday afternoon at 4pm after booed 3 nights with BOOKING: hotel closed, on the phone a registrar message said that they were reachable until 3pm . we finally entered through a back door found open :saw an envelope at the reception with keys inside: during all our stay no one ever attended the reception: always closed and empty. in a tiny little room in front of it there was what was supposed to be a li coffe room, but no coffe , just dirty cups left there for the 3 days of our stay .. the place has no lift: and we weren't warned. the room was cold, could not be heated, temperature outside was 10 degrees .. the bathroom was just over 1 square meter, dirty and very very old, no shelves, torn wallpaper, a terrible shower, indecent .Room has never been clened , NEVER, not the bathrooms, beds ... nothing, ... at a cost of over 140 euros per night !! Breakfast is between 7 and 9 am in ... on holiday you would like to relax.. : but if you arrive at breakfast at 8.30 there is almost nothing left, when I asked the only person who was there by mistake I suppose… , rude and unpleasent, she said that he was no longer any bread or anything else and that was all. ..Payment requested with payment method only possible between account holders of Swedish banks and when I had to contact them by mail telling I was paying by credit card they claimed I was at reception at 7.30am… this place should close. Simply awful. From every point of view
