A real gem. Great rooms with balcony to watch sunset, super friendly staff. — wonderful lady who tidied our room — good location. Perfect base to explore cinq terre, 5 minutes away by train or a three hour walk along the hill trail to the first village Highly recommended

This hotel is simply one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff were lovley, gave us plenty of useful information about where to eat and things to do, both Levanto and the cities of Cince Terre. We give our warmest recommendations, and would love yo come back. Thanks for a great stay!

The rooms are very simple but clean and neat. The shower area was small. The check-in and out process was very easy. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and kind. The restaurant staff for breakfast ensured we had fresh food and eggs. Overall, excellent stay!

Levanto is a beautiful quiet town connected to cinque terre by very efficient train service. Hotel Carla is a great place to stay in Levanto, especially if you arrive by car as for it is located within a short walking distance from Levanto centre and from the train station (we did not move the car while staying there). Hotel is clean. quiet. Great breakfast. helpful and welcoming staff. Smart interior design makes the room feel bigger then it is.

This hotel is perfectly located away from the noisier, busier parts of Levanto, but within a 10-15 minute walk of the station, shops, restaurants & beach. Parking is available locally (small car park at end of road & surrounding streets) with an hotel issued pass & is charged at €5 per stay - payable by cash only as is the City tax at the end of your stay. Upon arrival all public areas are very clean and well kept and reception staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly & helpful. We had booked a double room with balcony. Upon entering, I would liken it to a Premier Inn or Holiday Inn room. Fairly basic & quite small. There was no mirror in the room itself & the 'wardrobe' was a hanging rail above a drawer area. No basic tea or coffee making facilities, although there was a mini fridge, that did its best, but failed to get anything cold, including the contents provided (all chargable) There appeared to be underfloor heating or pipework which was on all the time, meaning the floor in the entrance area & bathroom was always warm. Great when cold, but not when it was 30° outside. Air conditioning was a welcome relief, albeit too noisy to use at night. The biggest negative was the size of the bathroom. Although well equipped, clean & sanitised with plenty of clean towels, the toilet was so close to the wall that made it uncomfortable to use & the shower cubicle was one of the smallest I'd ever been in (and I used to have s towing caravan which had a bigger shower!) If you're petite then fine, but would suggest the vast majority of men would find it rather 'cosy'. We were very happy with the quiet location, unfortunately we found the following morning, the rooms were not sound proofed and you heard everything going on in the rooms adjacent to ours. Breakfast was served in a relaxed area on the ground floor of the hotel & had everything you could want - fresh fruit salad, breads, cheeses, meats, cereals, cold boiled eggs, preserves, pastries as well as hot eggs & bacon. Plentiful & tasty. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Levanto & although slightly disappointed with out hotel, the few faults would be difficult to rectify & on reflection it is only a 3* hotel. I would definitely recommend the region and would return, but stay elsewhere.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel con degli amici per visitare le Cinque Terre. Siamo stati accolti con calore e gentilezza, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le indicazioni che ci hanno permesso di spostarci agevolmente, senza difficoltà sia con il treno che con ll traghetto. Le camere sono accoglienti e curata la pulizia. Buona anche la colazione.

Hotel con tutti i servizi. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggiare nelle vicinanze, colazione superiore alle aspettative e (prenotando) possibilità di avere ombrellone e lettini in uno stabilimento balneare.

Très bon hôtel, peut paraître loin de la mer mais nous y sommes en quelques minutes à peine. Les chambres mériteraient d’être légèrement plus grand mais fonctionnelles. Le personnel est au top du top, avec de superbes conseils ! L’hôtel met à disposition des vélos pour se rendre aux plages voisines (il n’y en a pas beaucoup, pensez à les réserver à l’accueil de l’hôtel).

Abbiamo soggiornato con un gruppo per una escursione alle 5 terre. L’hotel è stata una bella scoperta. Camere rinnovate e un bagno confortevole. Tutto molto pulito. Ricca colazione a buffet Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le 5 terre e Levanto
