The art gallery and decor in hallways and rooms are fascinating. Beds are super comfortable. Staff is extra helpful and friendly.

Staff was super friendly and the room was very nice. The room also stayed nice and cool. It can be hit or miss with air conditioning in older buildings but it was pleasant during our stay.

Super cool hotel in the heart of downtown. Rooms are spacious, clean and cozy. Restaurant on site is delicious!

No Parking, circled the block 3 times (actually a 5 block radius due to one way streets) No Valet, same 2 cars in the Valet all 3 times. Found a public parking and walked 3 blocks with our luggage. Rooms - Bed and Pillows were not comfortable. The room is so small that when the heat kicks on its roast you.

Property is centrally located and in a beautiful historic building. My only complaint was the motion activated thermostat led to our room getting very cold overnight. Staff was fantastic and everyone we had contact with was friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself was nice. I just didn’t feel that guest services was very knowledgeable or accommodating. Couldn’t ever get the restaurant to answer to order food. The gentleman working valet was very kind and helpful. I was also charged for things from the mini fridge that were not removed. Overall … it was average.

Had a great time staying at this property; the staff were top notch, very kind and incredibly helpful. The fitness center was small but clean and convenient with just enough equipment. Loved the size and layout of the room, we just had a couple lights that didn’t work and the bathroom was always cold, no matter what the temperature was of the room.

Did not care for this hotel. The room was tiny and oddly configured. So small it was hard to maneuver. The hallway floor tile was cracked in multiple places and had dirt caked in the cracks as well as the floor just being dirty overall. The hotel seems to be trying to maintain the original elements of the building (like the floor tile in the halls) but those elements are not in good repair. The bed was comfortable though smaller than expected. The bathroom was large and nice.

Our queen room was very small. The heater was incredibly noisy. Duevto the configuration of the room, the bathroom remained very cold. However, the biggest concern was that there were three school groups there for a Beta Club convention. The professional thing to do would have been to put those of us not connected with the students on a totally separate floor. We had to endure kids runningbup and down the stairs, a lot of banging on the doors in our hallway and could even feel the door slam across the hall from us.
