The staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast was great and tasty. There’s lots of food to choose for. The room is clean, bed is comfortable.

Great hotel, large room (was upgraded for free to Suite), clean.
Marshal at reception was friendly and attentive.
Large variety at breakfast, although the western options are still slightly limited. Would be nice to have greek yoghurt and more cereal choices. Chinese options are great.
Joy (waitress at breakfast) was very good and deserves a mention!

必須是滿分了，每次來拉薩都首選洲際，早餐豐富了不少，出發前還給打包了三文治，特別好吃！晚上睡覺安靜又舒適，房間內的温度非常適宜，一路從318進藏這天晚上睡得最好，感謝小姐姐小哥哥們的辛勤付出和温暖用心的服務！

從瑞吉住了兩晚搬過來比較一下，從正門進來感覺酒店內部空間真的好大，雖然很多商場店鋪沒開，但這空間感和藏式建築還真是別具風格。酒店早餐也很豐盛，有我比較喜歡的豆腐腦，煎餅果子，還有面類，品樣豐富，總的住宿體驗不錯。地理位置雖然沒有瑞吉優越，但總體感覺還是洲際的一貫風格，瑞吉當時住的6號樓，離主樓要上下兩次電梯還要走一大段路，感覺就特別不方便！

基本服務都有吧，晚上睡覺很安靜，洗澡水也舒服。
同其他地方的洲際有些不一樣，服務要少很多，我們入住沒有管房服務，酒店也沒有提供什麼活動，餐飲品種太少，晚上想吃湯鍋，酒店沒有，要吃的話得打車出去找，想到酒吧坐坐也説酒店裡沒有，不過離酒店很近的地方有個西餐酒吧店。
拉薩的洲際酒店衹有室內建築，沒有户外的屬於酒店的花園。
相對位置便利的宇拓路而言，這裏位置確實有些偏，但離拉薩河很近，可以近遊拉薩河。
用完早餐後，可以憑會員打包三明治，這項服務很好。

位置離市中心稍遠，打車方便。房間寬敞，佈局合理，設施稍有些陳舊，但是都能夠正常使用。早餐豐富味道好。服務熱情到位，特別是管家珠瓊，主動詢問我們的需求。自助晚餐水準欠佳，對不起洲際這樣的國際五星的水準。非常推薦來拉薩旅遊入住洲際酒店，但是完全不推薦酒店自助晚餐。
