Very welcoming staff. Always there for their customers and also help us to order take away food. Beautiful place and view. They are very detailed in explaining the room and their AI features. Can't beat the stunning view of the jade snow mountain in the morning with the sunrise can be seen from our bed. Spacious place and good for kids as well. Breakfast choice was great. American breakfast, noodles or porridge. It comes with a free hair wash for one. The second know will cost you 48yuan. Afternoon tea was great as well. They do shutter service from lijiang airport or railway. . In general. Its definitely worth the price and will definitely come back to stay if I ever visit lijiang again.

Amazing stay. Room is perfect, clean and nicely done up. View from the room as well as the cafe is to die for. But what exceeded expectations was the service. They accommodated me when I had last minute changes to my plans, helped me arrange transport to the airport, and were always ready to assist in any way. They provide important info like what time to catch the 日照金山, attractions around, etc. The hotel provides free laundry service, tea and breakfast which were generous in portions. They even offered to refill some snacks! We were able to order-in food by meituan and it gets delivered to the room, wonderfully convenient! All in all a spectacular experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again next time.

The view is excellent and the staff very helpful. Enjoyed our stay in Shanhai Villa and the stay worth the price. Recommend for couple/friends staying in the 360 view room.

Home Away from Home I felt so comfortable and cared for during my stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was ideal, and the views were breathtaking. Definitely a five-star experience! Specially thank you to 小侯 小虎 小許 小熊 for taking care of us, definitely will be back again.

One of my best stays in LiJiang. We were greeted by the Jade Snow Mountain the moment we stepped into our room. The best part is you can even view the mountain in the mirror while brushing teeth. Staffs were more than friendly and helpful. Even after we have checked out, while waiting for the taxi, they served us with fruits and free coffees. We really appreciate their great service.

The 270 degree is out of the world! It has scenery, looking straight at the Jade Mountain from the balcony, nice and cozy decor, super friendly and helpful staff who takes extra miles to help us having a wonderful time in Lijiang. 270度既房簡直超乎我哋嘅想像！一起身就望住玉龍雪山，有個好大嘅湖，房間設計十分時尚舒適，仲要係民宿嘅所有員工都十分友善，還幫忙設計我哋嘅旅程 。喺麗江玩得好開心絕對會推介呢一間民宿。

Hotel has a nice mountain view, hotel staff also super helpful and friendly. They also provide high tea, unlimited coffee, can just relax and chill in the hotel for the day.

We stayed at the villa and had an amazing time, their location probably offered the best view of Yulong snow mountain and the rooms were clean, modern and super spacious. The most impressive part would be the amazing service. We usually don’t write reviews but this one really exceeded all our expectations. Every staff was kind, attentive and super helpful. They even offer hair washing service (you won’t find this anywhere else) Thank you 山海starts for making our stay so enjoyable, will definitely stay there again 😌 highly recommend!!!!!

Directly facing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain - this Villa has one of the best views in Lijiang. The hotel staffs were super friendly, and even gave us a free upgrade of our room! Nonetheless, every room is guaranteed a stunning view of the mountain, where you can watch the sunrise. Amenities are great - apart from the usual, they also provided sanitary pads and drip coffee. Beds felt very comfortable and they even had ergonomic pillows! Highly recommend this place for travellers to Lijiang, and want a quaint and quiet place to stay in.

Our stay was truly remarkable, thanks to the incredibly caring and dedicated staff who went above and beyond at every turn. From the moment we arrived with airport pickup to our departure, every aspect of our transportation was seamlessly arranged, making our trip incredibly convenient. The room was beyond our expectations and worth every penny. Xiao Hou was especially attentive, ensuring we felt at home and assisting us with all our needs, along with the rest of the wonderful team. The hotel also offers a complimentary hair wash service, which added a lovely personal touch, along with daily tea breaks and delightful evening desserts. Plus, the presence of adorable cats around the hotel made our experience even more enjoyable! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the breathtaking view of the mountains was priceless. The café itself is a must-visit. We will certainly recommend this gem to all our family and friends and look forward to returning!

initially booked for 5th May but a Family friend had an unexpected situation. The hotel management was kind enough to reschedule our stay. we arrived late 1145pm on 10th May & the front desk stayed open to welcome us. The room has magnificent view of the mountain. and the hotel has excellent services. i would recommend checking in early to use their facilities and enjoy the views. they have a nice coffee shop area. we enjoyed our complimentary breakfast.

There was no pressure to purchase anything; instead, we received genuine recommendations for various enjoyable activities/packages and dining options, along with assistance in making reservations. Our assigned butler, "小侯" (Xiao Hou), along with the rest of the staff, went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was flawless. Additionally, being welcomed by the owner’s adorable pet, a pig named Pupu, added an extra touch of warmth and charm to our arrival experience. One of the standout features of this hotel is its serene ambiance. Despite its location in a bustling area, the secluded spot provided an incredibly peaceful atmosphere, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. The villa we stayed in was not only beautifully designed but also incredibly smart, offering all the modern conveniences one could ask for. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully appointed. And let's not forget about the breathtaking view! Waking up to the sight of majestic mountains, a tranquil lake, and a charming bridge was a true highlight of our stay. Experiencing such natural beauty right from the moment you open your eyes from your bed is truly magical. Moreover, the restaurant's decoration was specifically designed with Instagrammable features in mind, adding an extra layer of visual appeal to the dining experience. Additionally, when they learned I was unwell, the hotel staff kindly offered free medicine, showing their dedication to guest comfort. Moreover, existing services such as the welcome dessert, breakfast, afternoon tea by the snowy mountain lake, 1-way airport/train transfer, and even the hair wash were all indicative of their commitment to ensuring every guest's needs are met with utmost care and attention. The only regret is that we couldn't catch the 日照金山 phenomenon as it was mostly cloudy during our stay. Overall, our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. It's unquestionably worth every penny, and the actual experience surpassed the captivating photos. We cannot recommend it highly enough; you simply must experience it firsthand.

The location wasn't super convenient but they had a punctual pick up service. Room was spacious with a nice view, sadly it was foggy so we couldn't really see the mountain. Amenities was great, they provided everything we needed and was prompt in responding through WeChat if we needed anything. AND THEY HAD A PET PIG OMG I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A HUGE PET PIG IT WAS SO CUTE.

This Villa is the best stay we have booked for our entire Lijiang Trip. The service was amazing , View was breathtaking. Best part is the beautiful room overlooking Jade Dragon mountain. They have upgrade us from a 180 degree room to 360 degree room. Truly appreciate it. The restaurant in the villa serve amazing breakfast and dinner too. Breakfast and afternoon tea are all privided as complimentary upon all room booking moreover they provided free hair wash service too. The restaurant has a movable platform for pictures and it has to be the best view in Li Jiang. We will definitely come back again and recommend to our friends.
