Very friendly owner! We have trouble with our heavy luggage and the owner help us to carry our bag! Location is very near to the old town which is very convenient. The owner even help us to booked to taxi to get back to the train station and I accidentally left my bag inside the taxi, call the hotel owner and he asked the driver to return our bag at the train station! My room got free upgraded because we have so many luggage, got free breakfast but we didnt manage to eat because our itinerary is very early. Overall, room is clean, polite and helpful owner! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended, this stay is so beautiful, its has everything all in 1, foods, photo spots, nice view, nice food, clean room, they free upgrade us to bigger rooms, bigger space for luggage, the hotpot is awesome, plus the view, woow, really had a good time, they give free photo after you dine in there, alot photo spot in this stay, the free breakfast in the morning also very good, the owner give us free coffee before we leave the stay, at night view also awesome facing the city, must contact the owner to helping on luggage as the place is quite far inside 👍👍

The staff were extremely helpful to provide assistance and suggestions. The inn is beautiful and well located just above the old town. Wonderful view daily. They also run a restaurant in the evening and it’s always packed. Will come back someday.

First of all, the staff are all very helpful, they help us to bring our luggage to the hotel until inside the room which we dont need to carry anything to our room. The person in charge is very generous that he give a free upgrade to our room. And the most important thing is the view of hotel is marvelous. Despite it was rainy and cloudy the view still marvelous and good for people who want to have a nice view of the ancient town

Friendly receptionist, good service! Location is accessible to everywhere. And you can get a FREE and professional photographer for taking photos with the views. Breakfast is good and delicious. Definitely recommend and will visit again!

Excellent service, the owner help me carry luggage from drop off point to his hotel because it is up in the mountain. There is free professional photographer in the hotel that help you take nice photos. The hot pot restaurant also in the hotel with beautiful view.

I had the best time here, I felt safe and well looked after the whole time. The hotel owner is extremely helpful, helping me with taxis and day trips plus offering advice on local products for gifts Everything felt like a personal touch and that I was welcomed into the community, they even noticed my preference for coffee over tea and made the effort to meet my taste. Plus I also have photos, they are offered for free it's a great way to remaind me of this fantastic trip. I hope to be able to return in the future

The hotel is located in the center of Lijiang Old Told but not like other hotels on the street, it has an amazing because of its height. The room is very clean, the restaurant also has the best view in town with tasty and delicious traditional foods like hotspot,...The hotel owner was very helpful and friendly as well, he helped us a lot and gave us very clear instruction what place was good to travel to. I will definitely come back this place when I come back to Lijiang.

Beautiful hotel located in the old town. The hotel's restaurant/terrace has amazing views of the city and mountains. The rooms are very comfortable and have all the needed amenities. The staff was very helpful and always available to answer our questions. Communication was easy with automatic translation. The only downside is that cars cannot drive to the entrance of the hotel and with heavy luggage it's not easy to reach the hotel. But the staff promptly helped us carry our luggage. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang.

Very pretty Inn, the boss was very friendly and helpful arranging transportation. The hotel is located near a fun night market with lots of delicious foods and also has a restaurant on the top floor with alot of photo opportunities

Excellent customer service. You will enjoy the scenery at this hotel because of the location.It's close to the old town street where it becomes very lively at night. Additionally, there is an in-house photographer that takes your photos as an in-house guest here for free and will send you via wechat. The front desk is very helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, paying attention to every detail. His helpfulness was truly exceptional, making us feel right at home. He was also very coonsiderate to us Muslims. Overall, this hotel offers not only great amenities but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!
