I prepaid all my hotel fees online with my credit card via Trip.com, but shortly after I checked out of my hotel, I received an SMS on my mobile phone saying that my credit card was charged again by the hotel itself (the duplicate charge being approximately 1250 HKD, which is more or less the same as what I had prepaid via Trip.com).
I sought help from Trip.com regarding the duplicate charge, but still haven't received any refund after waiting for more than 1 week.
I really can't recommend this hotel to anyone. You pay for your room at double price for no reason at all.
