Castello Prime Suites

Lindo apartamento com excelentes vistas sobre a cidade. Nós gostamos de usar o spa. Não é ideal para alguém com problemas de mobilidade. Os carros não conseguem descer a rua e há cerca de 75 degraus para subir ou descer até o apartamento. Há um restaurante incrível ‘Gosta do Costello’ logo acima dos degraus à esquerda. Comemos lá duas vezes. Não é tão barato quanto muitos outros, mas a comida era incrível e valeu o dinheiro gasto.

Equipe e acomodações maravilhosas Adoramos tudo, hospedagem, jacuzzi, sauna e café da manhã. Pessoal sempre disponível 😀 A vista é realmente inacreditável 😎 77 passos para chegar ao hotel, bom para a saúde. Fácil de chegar com o metrô do aeroporto.

O anfitrião aqui foi ótimo e o quarto era adorável. Estava limpo, recebíamos toalhas limpas todos os dias e a cama era feita para nós. Sim, o chuveiro fica ao lado de uma janela, porém é protegido por uma camada de filme no vidro para impedir que as pessoas vejam. O café da manhã era bom, havia frutas em oferta e iogurte também, além de croissants e doces. Apenas os pontos negativos seriam uma pequena parte da área circundante imediata, não havia ferro no quarto e a piscina estava fora de uso quando ficamos. Nada disso prejudicou nosso tempo aqui. É uma cidade incrível com algo novo para ver em cada esquina. Os apartamentos sobem muitas escadas, mas são muito centrais para tudo, uma vez que você se orienta.

We booked what looked fantastic! Until the uber dropped us off, we climbed a frigin mountain of stairs to get there, it wasn’t a great experience when we passed a couple of drunks and stray cats on the stairs. On arrival it was like Fort Knox trying to get in. The staff were really friendly and welcoming On arrival which was nice. We were offered drinks and custard tarts which was a nice treat. Unfortunately the apartment was not as we expected, a bit like an ikea showroom / student hostel, however the bed was comfortable with nice linen. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything including the room above flushing the loo and people in the spa next door. One of the main reasons we booked was to have a nice view and a swimming pool to relax, there was no swimming pool and the only view was from the communal area, our view was another roof, I know it’s an old building but the property advert was misleading. The main problem was the area, we really didn’t feel safe!!! Climbing up the stairs with drunks sitting around wasn’t nice, not the property’s fault. In a nutshell, lovely staff, but not feeling safe and climbing mountains of stairs isn’t fun

Amazing apartments with stunning views! Ana was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options that were constantly topped up. We loved relaxing at the terrace bar - great atmosphere and very reasonably priced. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. As for the steps to the apartment, they’re truly no big deal - totally worth it for the breathtaking views! If a few steps put you off, you might be in the wrong city! Highly recommend!

This apparent complex is in a very poor part of town and unfortunately left me feeling less than safe The staff are lovely and the breakfast was satisfactory The apartment we were in had been put together very cheaply and was beginning to show wear it also felt damp probably due to it being just up from the spa and all the associated noise that goes with a hot tub over all the complex felt more like a backpacker’s than an hotel but with out the benefit of the price All in all I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone who isn’t part mountain goat and up for encountering some of life’s more unfortunate human beings who park themselves on the steps both during the day and especially at night . The steps really are a problem!

We had a great vacation. We enjoyed our accommodations and the delicious breakfast they served daily. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The only problem was room #12 had no hair dryer. I forgot to let the staff know so hopefully they will read this review and the next visitor will have one available. The location was about a 12 minute walk to the town center.

Amazing experience. The views and location are perfect. Staff really friendly and helpful. Arrived early in the morning and staff happily looked after our bags and invited us to have breakfast prior to check in. Once we could check in, our bags were taken to the room. The rooms are immaculate and clean.

Lots of steps to and from the apartments and no vehicular access which is inconvenient. This should be made crystal clear to all during the booking process. We stayed for four nights in the deluxe suite. A nice but slightly small room but had a great balcony, with a great view over the old town. Unfortunately, our room was directly under another, separated only by an unsound proofed wooden floor. You could hear every step and grunt from the people upstairs….To add to the noise, you are also directly outside the kitchen, breakfast area, oh and the very noisy coffee machine, which all get cranked up just after 7am each day…..so no lie in for us. On a positive note, the manager Marco was great but it was obvious that he knew that our room was a problem and should never be rented out. To pay well over 100 euros a night for this accommodation was a rip off. I’m sure the other rooms on this site are fine but please do not stay in the so called deluxe suite #7.
