The first room we were allocated, the sink was blocked, we had to wait until it slowly drained before we can use it, called reception who said that as there are no maintenance he will just transfer me to another room which i agreed. he will come up and bring the keys to me but i would need to go down later to brong my old room key down after we transferred which i agreed. at nearly 12 midnight i went down myself and the other receptionist (steven) said that it was not handed over to hin. as he can see i am quite upset already as i was instructed that after i transfer i still need to go down again to being the other key, steven kindly showed us our new room), he did say to check the room as well. at that point i did not have any wnergy to check, but when we went in the toilet it stank of urine ( I dare the manager to go and check room 009), and smell the room, i gave up no point in telling them, but imagine in the morning when we showered the shower drain is also blocked and not draining properly so you are left pool
of water whilst showering which frankly was annoying as and disgusting as the whole room already stank of urine. also i do not understand why we were put in a room
for disabled, (hopefully, we have not taken a space for someone who actually need it) the receptionist said i have booked it as such? which I am going to recheck what i have booked but I said we can just be in a standard room and he said no as i booked for a disabled one. overall experience in this hotel was bad, though good selection of breakfast that is included in the price is a good point.
