Coastal Park Accommodation

I think this hotel is under new owners. I was told l was upgraded to a double room. It was a very small double! The pictures of the rooms are a little confusing to the reality. Pro's - within walking distance to Town center. ; kettle , T & Coffee provided but you have to ask for it to be topped up after using. Toiletries provided (on first day only). Con's - Room not serviced at all in five days, TV - no bbc1,2,3,4 or ITV only provides netflix and you have to use your own account ( that is if you have one) and needs the WiFi internet which only works occasionally.. No heating for the first two days ( November) . No breakfast although there is a dinning room and kitchen visible. Reception only manned when there are guests arriving. On the second night, 'guests' were coming and going every half an hour from 10pm - 2.30 am. in the room next to mine. Which did not allow me much sleep. The man that said he was the manager was very polite and helpful with my case up and down the very steep stairs. Hopefully, once they have more staff and experience these issues will be addressed.

Do not waste your money on this arrogant vile woman who ru s the place. She was dreadful on four in a bed and does not deserve your custo if she is li,e that on tv she will e twice as bad in real life.
