Situated at prime location in lonavala market. Everything is at walkable distance. Rooms are very nice for family stay. Staff is courteous.

Good location and service. The mini-suite has a bathtub, otherwise the room looks a bit old and mouldy. Restaurant serves great food, both veg and non-veg.

Average experience room a little smelly washroom not maintained properly other facilities good the manager was well behaved

Not a good place for couples to stay when you come outside the room cigarettes and alcohol smell is all over

An booking transaction made by us. We book 180sfit super deluxe room but manager of hotel given us the room which we seen photos of room but it was not same it was different. The area of room also different. Room no. 205&206 given to us.

The hotel was good and at a very prime location. But what i feel the rooms are quite small as per the super deluxe category, as we booked for 3 adults, the spcae for extra bedding is very less. Other than that rest of the things are good clean bathroom, clean room etc. But the restaurant is quite expensive comapred to the quantity of food they serve. No issue with the quality but quantity is quite less. The hotel is located just 5 mins by auto from lonavala station and 10 minutes walk.

Room price not worth it. No lift and average hygiene. Very stringent about checkout time even though they have no bookings. I checked in at 10pm and he kept annoying me to checkout from 10am even though they have so many other rooms vacant and enough time to clean. Not worth the price do not recommend

Cons - The front office executive is rude, arrogant and Unprofessional - just one or two interaction with this fellow is enough to ruin your good experience - you can read other Google reviews marking 1....everyone pointing out to the rude manager
