Premier Inn London Hackney

Beautiful experience, friendly and helpful staff. The stay was pleasant. Excellent breakfast in English style, greetings to the cook Angela, kind and good at cooking. Room was clean and comfortable. The beds we found them clean and tidy.

Lovely stay Lovely and clean The dining room staff were absolutely amazing,couldn’t do enough for you.. The chef Angela was fantastic she came out and spoke to guests asking if everything was ok.. Would definitely recommend and we will be back xx

Stale air in room, couldn't open windows and bad ventilation which affected my sleep. The stairwell smelled awful like old rubbish and bins. Room was average but clean. There weren't enough towels in the room so had to ask for more. Location was good.

Very soft comfy bed food was amazing chef Abdul very kind and make lovely nachos with extra cheese. Hahaa Setina and neta are amazing and very friendly and kind very helpful really looked after me made me feel safe and made me smile everyday I stayed here 10/10 staff.

I've stayed at so many different Premier inns these past few years in London and this by far has to be the worst one. I purchased a premier plus room which I've had multiple different times at other london locations and they have been fine but not this one. I arrived into my room to find the window was smashed and shattered on the outside, took a photo went to reception to say. The receptionist didn't care and just said its fine, don't worry about it. 2/4 pillows were dirty, bathroom was dirty and had mold on the room, don't even get me started on the shower, disgusting. Carpet stained, black mark on wall. My friend that stayed in a different room found bed bugs, she went to reception to say and once again Receptionist didn't care, all they said was "oh they didn't hoover them up then". Only good thing was the location, located inbetween 2 different overground stations and close to the venue that I was attending. Will not be staying here again

Best hotel so far .I stayed with friend and I loved it next time I will use premier inn .this is my first time to stay *************************************************************************************************************
