Beautiful hotel with a nice garden, good for taking a walk after breakfast. Bathroom is clean and tidy and they have automatic heating towel rail which is really useful. However, the window is a little leaking especially when your bed is just below it and your head is towards to the window.

Loved this hotel and everything about it. A short walking distance to the nearest underground station made it easy to get to where we needed to go and there is a great pub just up the road too. Clean and well decorated the rooms were lovely. Staff were great too.

It's hard for me to judge this as a proper hotel because when I first checked in they gave me a small, smelly room that was completely different to the one I had booked and only agreed to change my room after I spoke to them and gave them feedback, which I photographed comparing the two rooms. I find it hard to imagine if any other shy young Asian girl had been treated like this, whether they would have put up with it and lost their right to apply, and contacted the hotel the night I lost the item without giving me any feedback until I contacted them a third time through a third party, by which time three or four days had passed and the answer was obviously that they said they hadn't found it. I am very angry and it is hard not to associate some bad discrimination with this hotel's arrangements. I think all people should consider this hotel carefully. 我很难评判这是一家正规的酒店，因为在我刚入住的时候他们分给我一间又小又有异味的房间，和我预定的房间完全不同，直到我跟他们交涉并反馈后才同意帮我换房间，我将两个房间对比图拍了照。我很难想象如果是别的害羞的年轻亚洲女孩受到这种对待，是否会忍气吞声而损失自己应用的权利，并且在我遗失物品的当晚联系酒店没有给我任何反馈，直到我通过第三方第三次联系他们才收到回复，这时候已经过去三四天了，答案显然是他们说没有找到。我非常生气，对于这家酒店的安排，我很难不联想到一些不好的歧视。我认为所有的人都应该慎重考虑这家酒店。

The best value hotel I have stayed in the UK, the service is excellent, breakfast is delicious. I would not hesitate to stay again

South Kensington vibe hotel. Nicely decorated and cozy. Good air conditioner and ground heater in bathroom. A little bit small but works for one person short stay. Good breakfast. There is no coffee machine in room.

Absolutely beautiful room. It was large, clean, and lots of wonderful features. Easy walking distance to Hammersmith tube.

一共住了八天。前台嘛，一開始比較冷淡，幾天相處下來，就熟了。離開的時候已經會跟我説笑了。不能提早入住。早餐比較簡單，熱食另外收費。因為我是好幾個訂單，所以前後住了三個房間。其中有一間，晚上做噩夢了，早上一研究，果真是尾房。但是第二晚還接着住了，也沒事。酒店離地鐵步行八分鐘，白天感覺沒幾步就到了；晚上就有點發怵，因為路上沒啥人。綜合來講，還是蠻喜歡的。酒店小巧精緻，衞浴設施也新。

設施： 設施有點老， 交通其實也沒那麼方便吧，去地鐵站要走一段路，坐公家車去市中心也有點時間的。帶大箱子的不方便要爬樓梯。早餐還不錯，住樓上都斜頂會撞頭

非常好的酒店，外觀像個小城堡，後面有個小花園，位於倫敦偏西的地區，這邊沒有什麼景點，生活氣息濃厚，相對安靜。早餐感覺品種有點少，竟然沒有咖啡。

木質結構老房子，裡邊裝修端正，乾淨衞生服務好，門口9路、27路、306路等公交車站方便出行，一樓可以喝英式下午茶，整個酒店各處都可拍照，院子經常有小松鼠🐿️出現很可愛，推薦給需要的朋友！

這是一家評分被嚴重低估的酒店 除了沒有健身房 游泳池 但是房間後面就是一個自帶花園 早餐也算比較豐富，英式早餐 如果想吃的更豐富可以加一點費用 酒店是一棟老式的別墅修改的。衞生條件不錯。寧靜 性價比在假期裏都非常高 周邊便利店 飯店都有 地鐵站走一段就能到 連續住了好幾個晚上 服務員非常的友好 熱情 免費寄存 還會問你需不需要別的幫助

真是非常喜歡的酒店，性價比很高，交通也還便利，附近有個壽司店特別好吃，寒假還會考慮住這家，希望淡季能便宜點。

交通方便，網速比較快，酒店設施相對老舊，毛巾和床單被套已經洗的發灰白
