Excellent location, not too far from the tube. Very helpful staff available in the self check in area. Lovely room which was exceptionally clean. Clean bathroom with great shower. Extra tea and coffee available near the self check in desks but not always topped up. The Social is a great idea, especially when returning after an evening out. However, the bar staff are not as friendly as the check in staff. That said, the man clearing tables was very friendly. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would return.

We stayed here as a family of 4 for 4 nights for a short break in London. We chose this hotel due to it being significantly cheaper than staying in Central London, We found the hotel a fantastic base with excellent transport links into London, with Belsize Park tube station being only a couple of minutes down the road, which is on the Northern line, or Swiss Cottage tube station a very pleasant 10 minutes walk away. The hotel was clean, quiet and more than adequate for our needs. Breakfast was plentiful, hot and good value for money with the kids eat free with paying adults deal. There were always plenty of space in the car park, and the discount code for the parking was displayed by the lifts, you pay when you leave. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely stay again if we visited London again.

The hotel is in a great location, 5 mins walk to underground station. Half an hour walk to camden town. Staff were very friendly. Room was very good, with super comfortable bed and clean. Breakfast delicious and at the good price. All in all excellent.

Small beds - standard double sized. Me and my partner are very slim and I’m 5ft 8, he is 6ft 1”. Both of our feet hung off the ends. Very close to each other also as bed not wide. No sound proofing!! This is the only premier inn I’ve stayed in that’s been so noisy. Night 1 we got woken up by someone else’s alarm. Night 2 - we were woken up by someone on a phone call, we heard every word. The cleaner also knocked on our door at 9am to see if we’d left early so they could clean it. After not sleeping all night this was just the final straw. They could swap our rooms as small beds and bad sound proofing everywhere. They need to state this on this hotels information!!!

Bed was smaller than all other premier inns we’ve stayed in, im 6’1 and my feet hung off the end has happened both time’s we’ve stayed there. The room was also very noisy we woke up to both adjoining rooms alarm clocks and phone conversations pre 830 both days we stayed. Redeeming factor is that the staff were friendly and the room was clean otherwise it would have been 1 star

Exellent Premier Inn to stay in. Located within 10min walk of Hampstead Heath and with a row of good eateries (Gails, Pizza Express, Gourmet Burger) just outside. The staff and manager were lovely, and there was a real buzz around the breakfast area in the morning. We brought my Aunt and Uncle to see London and they really enjoyed the whole experience, including staying here. Thank you. Asitha

Newly renovated hotel in a residential area but at the same time well connected to the center thanks to the metro line 200 meters away. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast offer for a family. Definitely worth returning if you are looking for a great hotel without spending huge sums.

Excellent in every way. Helpful and polite staff, nice comfortable and clean room and a handy location. The only negative was the price, but it is Hampstead, so perhaps tobe expected. If you want a quick bite to eat there is a good pub over the road.
