Cozy hotel near to 2 tubes station, many restaurants and shops nearby within 5 min walk. Opposite bus station and Hyde Park. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was good but the spread never change. Staff was helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here if going back to London.

Room was clean and comfortable with view over the park. Location was great, just across Hyde Park and easily accessible to tube stations. Overall a pleasant stay.

Bad reception staff duty at night of 22 to 23 of Feb and morning 24 ..not cooperative so stiff..restaurant staff so kind ..and staff of 25 morning are kind..I wish the manager treat it..because we ask him to meet manager he inform us he. Is a,maneger

Tidy and clean room with all your needs.
Super convenient location near 2 tube stations and across the street from Hyde Park. Our room faced the park!
The only small issue I had was that all the sockets in my room weren’t working one night but it was fixed the next morning. The staff were helpful in letting us charge our phones at the concierge.

I picked this place to stay because mainly it has 2 subway lines within walking distance and it has decent asian food nearby. It is not a fancy hotel per se but good enough for a typical sightseeing vacation. The con is that the room is rather small because it does not have enough space to open 2 luggages, no refrigerator and not enough towel hanging space in toilet. However, it does have a generous coffee and tea. The bed is cosy and the shower has good pressure. Staff are attentive enough despite the busy occupancy. For the price, it is a reasonable stay. I would return.

location is good, near 2 tube stations. room is quite small but guess it’s a norm in london. however the staff named Anna is very rude and not helpful. we had left things in their fridge and wanted to retrieve it. however Anna said there isn’t anything in fridge and can’t find means nope with a very awful tone and face. when approached other staff to help, they’re able to help retrieve it almost immediately. note that there’s no fridge in room.

Room is spacious, with windows looking across to Hyde Park.
No shower curtain, so shower water splashing to restroom floor without outlet.

I had a great stay at this hotel. My room was clean and tidy. For London I would say the pricing was good! Breakfast was nice as well, with a variety of food

Nice hotel in a prime location for central London ..Stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Twin room which was nice and clean ..The beds were comfortable shower was good ..Breakfast was very average (not the best)
I would stay here again for sure though if the price was right

Good Location, near Chinese and Asian restaurants. Easy to travel by metro or bus. Breakfast was good, but same options every morning. I also loved Nespresso in the room!!
