I use Wyndham Hotels a lot with my business and am very disappointed with staff and service of this particular Super 8. We are a security company which work unusual hours, this particular trip did not have us arriving to the hotel until 04:00am. Knowing this I always call after 4:00 pm the day of checkin to let the staff know this and checkin over the phone. This process prevents a lot of trouble when we arrive. This time even though we did this our room was not there and I was billed for the room the price of the online reservation. I explained this to the employee but they told me they had no choice but I would have to rent another room. This new room cost more than the first and they would not match the price. Being 04:30am by point and having to checkout at 11:00, we decided to not argue with staff any longer and to speak to the manager in the morning. Upon speaking to the manager they informed me they would refund the original lesser amount but I had to pay the higher rate. This is not ok and we will be using Choice Hotels in the future. Good luck to you all and I would really work on your customer service.
