The Solaz Resort was absolutely Amazing! From the 5 star customer service and the attention to every detail during our stay, to the on site amenities and restaurants. From the moment we arrived Raul was extremely attentive. He made our experience unforgettable. He provided offsite recommendations and made sure we had transportation every time we left the resort and most of all his attention to detail was impeccable. We set out to celebrate our 10yr wedding anniversary in Cabo, what we didn't know is that we would create a memory of a lifetime. Raul made sure our stay was special and memorable. If you are considering staying at the Solaz Resort, go for it and don't forget to ask for Raul!

Took a little getaway from our kids with my husband. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely keep coming back. Gorgeous property. Everywhere you turn is a photo opportunity. Super secluded and private. Rarely ever had anyone in the chair/daybed next to us at the pool. We were often the only ones on the beach. The beach itself was so secluded (unlike most of Cabo). We were harassed by a single vendor. The only one we saw was the guy selling horse rides but he was off in the distance and wasn’t approaching any guests. Would stay here again!

Solaz is a beautiful and amazing resort it is perfect for family and couples. Also great for weddings!!! . It has amazing pools and EXCELLENT customer service. The staff is so professional and accommodating. Residents are on site and are very good. Can't wait for my next trip there!!

We LOVE Solaz Resort! It is so beautiful and the entire staff does an amazing job of taking care of your every need. One of our favorite parts of the Solaz experience is the Butler service. Our butlers Raul and Rafael went above and beyond for our family and children. They truly made our trip so special! We also love the Spa at Solaz. The facilities are beautiful and they even have a cold plunge and hydrotherapy pool. The food is also delicious. Our kids favorite part is the beach access. The ocean is swim able right in front of the hotel. It’s amazing! We love this spot!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. It was our first time and we loved it. We will definitely come back! We loved the architecture and vibe. Modern luxurious and quiet. We tried the spa and it was the best massage I ever had. The pool is beautiful and best of all the service was amazing. Especially Carlos who took care of us at the pool. Highly recommended

This hotel exceeded my expectations. At first, I felt I made a mistake booking this spot because it seemed more honeymoon and adult relaxation vibes but when we arrived we were surprised to see a bunch of families with small kids and the staff were all so incredibly friendly and accommodating for all our needs with our two girls 3 and 4.5. The hotel caters to all types of guests which makes it so unique. Our older daughter hung out at the kids club and to our surprise ended up staying a few hours with one of the wonderful ladies there who did arts and crafts and face painting with her. Everyone is there to make your experience as relaxing and pleasant as possible. We were assisted by Pablo and fernando by the pool, and Jorge and Veronica who also helped check us in and get us settled in. They would always be there to ask if we're doing ok and need help with reservations/requests. Every day by the pool they would bring out a small snack or fresh smoothie sample for guests to try which was nice. There was a fun little splash pad by the cafe/deli that we loved to sit by and have ice cream. Favorite restaurant was the Italian one which had some very delicious choices. We ate there on the last day and truly wish we would've tried it sooner because I didn't like much on the other restaurants menus. By the pool, you can order fresh pizza which was so good! Overall I give this hotel a 10/10 for food, service, style, comfort, and experience and would definitely visit again.

This resort is the epitome of luxury! From the check-in desk to the rooms, to the restaurants and especially the service. Solaz made it apparent that they delight in the satisfaction of their guests. The lead-in guest room is sufficient enough. Ask for a room closer to the Musuem, it gives great water views and a shorter walk to the restaurants and beach. The rooms were gorgeous and spotless. Cartons of water are complimentary but everything else in the mini bar is for a fee. Didn't happen but I could see how the water from the shower could spill out from the mirrored glass shower door. And there is a wall divider from the bedroom to bathroom but it was unnoticeable until the last day. The restaurants were good, some with limited items on the menu. If you don't have an open palette, this isn't the place for you. The best restaurant was Riccio Di Mare for pasta and desserts. And Cascabel for breakfast. Pay the price to get the breakfast buffet and get the made to order quesadillas (looked like tacos and were delicious). Portions at some restaurants were small like when ordering by the pool but to be expected. Visit the museum if you can, it's quite nice. And journey over to the Solaz Club side to take a look. The spa is quite expensive but they have some unique services. The best part of the resort-the enormous oceanfront infinity pool that extends in sections from one side of the resort to the other. And if you walk on the beach, there's a resort bar truck to order drinks and a Moet Lounge area, possibly the lounge is for club members.
