This is the best birthday celebration with my friends at waterfront hotel! Our bedroom apartment is very clean and luxury! Having a great beach view and amenities makes us more exciting! Thank you for being part of my birthday celebration Waterfront hotel and to all staff who accommodates us especially the hotel boy who helped us bring our stuffs and convince us that we will never regret with the hotel we booked! Kuddos👏👏 Keep it up! Deserve a 5 star!

Certified Scumbag. Terrible Experience with the receptionist, reception, restaurant, and housekeeping. No, don't you dare try to book or visit this place? You will cry in disappointment. I wrote more than 20 lists of complaints to prove this hotel apartment is not worth a place to stay.

This was the worst stay I ever had. They took a damaged deposit, and the receptionist told me it would be back after, but it didn't return after checking it out. The service is worse starting from the front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. Even if I elaborate, I will have more than 20 lists of their disapproving performance. It's so disappointing You will just waste money, not even worth it.

Picked up by hotel van (1 driver & 1 hotel staff) from airport & arrived hotel at around 2 am. At 7 am realized I accidentally left my snapback on the van passenger headrest. Came down & informed reception (the same person when I checked in early morning), after an hour I was informed there's nothing left in the van. I was quite sure we (myself & 3 colleagues) were the last trip that early morning, and driver & staff should check is there any passengers' belongin left in the van. Lesson learnt: Be careful with your belongings, and never leave anything behind.

The worst stay I had ever I can't recommend this hotel even to my enemies They are not professional and they have the worst service that you can imagine Please don't come and wast your time and your money It's horrible and the Egyptian manager don't have any idea about hospitality service and work Please train your staff and choose them properly so they can treat costumer with good attitude and at least teach them to introduce there selfs when they start talk to any guest

I discovered that my credit card was fraudulently charged by this hotel. This is completely unacceptable and amounts to theft. To make matters worse, when I contacted the staff to address this issue, they denied any knowledge of the charge, claiming that no such transaction took place. This blatant dishonesty is not only infuriating but also highly unprofessional.

One of the worst service ever i have received in my life …,, Customer service was horrible and was not safe to stay- staff Chef foued-celio hotel and fahmi atef staff incharge at the reception were super rude, unpolite and disrespectful, they took our deposit 500 riyals while checking out- i am very disappointed

Had an amazing time with my friends in the beach and pool. Room is spacious and we enjoyed eating inside with a nice kitchenette. Thanks for a fair price we had a 2-bedroom apartment. My friends had a blast.

We check in at 7 pm and the reception give us flat under going cleaning and maintenance and no one care no apologize or any think we are just waiting front of the door until the workers finish don’t ever check in here it’s the worst experience ever
