This is the best birthday celebration with my friends at waterfront hotel! Our bedroom apartment is very clean and luxury! Having a great beach view and amenities makes us more exciting! Thank you for being part of my birthday celebration Waterfront hotel and to all staff who accommodates us especially the hotel boy who helped us bring our stuffs and convince us that we will never regret with the hotel we booked! Kuddos👏👏 Keep it up! Deserve a 5 star!

I had a terrible experience here. There was no valet service and no baggage assistance upon arrival, which made handling my luggage a real hassle. The room didn’t even have a trash can, so I had to deal with my own garbage. The air conditioner didn’t work properly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. The room is extremely small – less than 8 m² – even though it has a spacious balcony and an okay bathroom. The windows do nothing to block the noise from outside. The bed pillow is cheap and uncomfortable, and there aren’t any light switches near the bed. The decorative lamp (abajoura) has no power socket, so it’s just for looks. And oddly enough, there isn’t even a mini bar. All of this for $150 a night! If you’re looking for a budget motel in the $30-$50 range, this might work for you, but if you want proper hospitality, steer clear.

I stayed here during the New Year in Lusail. What I like about this place: 1. Walking distance to the fireworks in Lusail 2. In a quiet section of Lusail 3. Near the beach 4. The bed & pillows were comfortable; had a great sleep Things to improve: 1. Bathroom is too cramped. Hard to move with the bidet sink, toiler, and bath tub all in the same area 2. Breakfast was plated & very limited. No coffee option (or ran out). Takes 30 mins of wait time for such a small serving. 3. Location of the restaurant was very off 4. The wide terrace was dusty 5. The gym had a weird smell 6. The pool area was not kept very well 7. The phone system was very bad. Couldnt get hold of the staff. Long waiting time to speak with someone. 8. No water boiler; you need to be creative and use the coffee machine to boil water 9. Great on photo, not in reality

Wow wow wow., what can I say a fabulous stay at waterfront apartment and hotel The hospitality for me is unmatched the staff are so attentive the rooms are spaciousness the food was fresh and again hosts and waitresses were very attentive and friendly The breakfast had lots of great choices The gym is a good size and his everything you need The pool is stanning

My stay at Waterfront Hotel was truly delightful! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and elegantly designed. Housekeeping ensured everything was fresh and clean daily. The staff was warm, professional, and always ready to assist. Great amenities, delicious dining options, and a perfect location made it a memorable experience! Highly recommended!
