To start with, then entire management and staff needs to be changed! ZERO professionalism. We checked on only last night and the list of unhappy things is already long! 1) We booked a suite with an airport transfer. I sent the flight details the night before. Nobody confirmed! I had to call them from the airport before boarding to check if they will be there. Somebody said we will check your flight and the driver will be there before you land. Arrived.. no driver. I called.. the lady says driver on the way. He is there in 5 minutes. 30 minutes pass by. No driver. I called again. Same answer. Driver came after 45 minutes! We checked in.. there was no apology or anything! Anyway, we are in the room. Nice room. 2) Around 8.30, we wanted to go to the city center which is far away. I asked for a taxi. The lady at the reception says it will take 15 minutes for the taxi to arrive. We wait. Then the same lady comes to us saying the taxi will take too long, you can use the hotel car and pay us the same amount. I did. We arrive in the city center. Only to realize that the taxi that brought us to the city center was the shuttle bus going to the city center to pick up other guests. I paid 100k IDR for that. The guy was driving there anyway. 3) Having booked the so called “JAYAKARTA” chain of hotels, I was very disappointed with the breakfast selection. I asked for an espresso. They last says “machine is broken” 4) We went to the reception to ask for an iron and ironing board. We are staying for 5 nights. And again.. the lady at the reception says, we don’t have irons. But we have a price list in the room! Are you serious??? I really regret that this is going to be our home for the next 5 days.
