Os hotéis de Macau não têm serviço e ainda tratam os clientes do continente com um olhar discriminatório. Já não somos o continente há 10 anos. Você pode ver por si mesmo que as economias de Macau e Zhuhai são muito diferentes. Macau está em frangalhos! Zhuhai está cheia de arranha-céus! Eu amo a pátria

A recepção foi muito hostil no momento do check-in. O transporte do hotel não é muito conveniente. O elevador do hotel pode ser acessado por residentes e não residentes. O preço do quarto não é baixo e parece que não vale a pena. Tem sem características.

The best hotel you can find in Macau! The room is great and huge, the hotel even decorated the room for us for our anniversary! Room come with free fruits, wine, beer, and some soft drinks!

I had an amazing stay in Altira Macau during my trip. One of the best luxurious hotel I stay in that is worth the money. I was greeted by friendly staff at the door when I arrived and the check in was smooth. Huge shoutout to the staff who help me with the check in. The room was super spacious, especially for one person. Definitely good for two as well (there is two sinks for a couple to use). The room overlooks the sea view towards Macau and it was spectacular. The location was in a quiet area which was a plus for me and it is not too far from the places u want to visit in Macau. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Macau and it’s definitely worth a stay if anyone is visiting.

The Altira staff were incredibly friendly. The room was huge and very comfortable. I enjoyed the welcome fruit and the face moisturizer which was provided in the evening. I tried to make a spa appointment, but I was informed that there were no openings. So I was extremely pleased when the spa called me an hour later to offer me a spot due to a cancelation. There are an abundance of coffee shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Hotel’s location isn’t exactly right on where all the action is be it over at Macau proper or Taipa’s Cotai Strip. There are bus stops within a few minutes of walking distance that gets you almost anywhere in Macau. It’s close to Taipa ferry terminal and airport which makes it easy to get to quickly for check in especially after a long day of traveling. Gym facilities are good and so is the swimming pool, jacuzzis and saunas. Staffs at this hotel were all friendly and professional, overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Hotel location is not so convenient but around have restaurant and a small shopping mall.. ultimately, hotel service, facility and view is fantastic. Room is huge as well, if you want to relax the room is good.
