Primeira vez que fiquei no Mandarin, mas foi uma ótima estadia. O quarto é limpo e aconchegante. O único ponto negativo é que não há ônibus de transporte do portão de fronteira ou de qualquer outro lugar.

The service of every staff member was top notch. Made us feel very welcome. Helpful with our questions. Welcome gifts abd turn down service. Will visit again for sure. It is less busy than other hotels with casinos.

Awesome service from start to finish! This is our 2nd time coming and they were exceptional! Shout out to Melody for the duty manager for showing us our room and surprising us with a bday celebration for my partner and provided any help we needed. Furthermore, they have a WhatsApp system so it was easier to get items like extra towels.etc without needing to always call. ! The pool was also good , though it was scorching hot so we didn't stay long. The hotel is connected to MGM via a central one mall and you could use their shuttle bus or you could ask for them to help with a taxi, special shoutout to Roasch? For giving us a ride when the taxis weren't available. All in all. Love it and can't wait to come again soon.

Mif was so warm and helpful. The staff at Mandarin Orential were helpful, attentive and happy. Excellent team and staff at Rica Vida were super helpful without asking he knew I wanted a pot of hot water. Everyone made it super special for our memorable stay.

Delightful surprise. A class act: exquisite hospitality, simultaneously elegant and simple ambiance, attention to the least details, fantastic kindness, discretion. The quality here is out of this world.

This trip is mainly for the Macau firework festival and hotel arrange a really good room for us which can view the firework without any blocking. The room conditions is good but the strange issue is we can't find any clock unless we switch on the TV. Breakfast is good although the area is not big but not many people join. The main issue of this trip is we wait for almost 2 hours to get the room. The guest manager shows her apology to provide a sweet set and a red wine for the inconvenience on our arrival which is unexpected. I may stay again if the price is right.

Very disappointed experience. After we check out, somehow this hotel deducted the deposit(hotel freezed 4200rmb for pre auth), by right this pre auth shall be un-freeze not deduct!. After several times calls that hotel finally realized they say its a miss deduction by receiptionist. And its been 8 days passed, the hotel still didnt return the money back. Really disappointed....

Helpful and friendly staff at the Mandarin Oriental. Room with great view of the Nam Van Lake. Enjoyed the drinks at Vida Rica’s. Look forward to staying at MO Macau again.

Lovely service

Place very easy to go just take taxi , I have reach the hotel the room is not ready . Very nice of them the next day I have a late check out thank you . If to go back Macau for sure will stay back the same place 👍🏻😊
