Dre was awesome!! I recommend this place to anyone! I was so undecided and Dre was so patient. I appreciate good customer service. I drive a lot so all I wanted was a cozy place to sleep and feel like home. I was accommodated and treated like I was his own Mom.. Thank you Dre!

Arrived at the hotel. The clerk at the front desk was most friendly and helpful. I went up to my room to find it smelled of stale smoke. I found no furniture at all, no night stand, no chairs, not even a phone or alarm clock. It appears as though they are trying to upgrade but, sorry, not at guest's expense. I went back to the lobby and the clerk apologized several times and gave me a different room. It was better but is obvious that this inn has seen better days. When I returned the key to the first room, I got hit on by one of the employees (not the clerk), saying, I could sleep in her bed anytime. Yikes! I' here for two nights. It isn't the end of the world but I surely will not stay in this Red Roof ever again.

Essie is the best at the front desk along with the rest of the staff and I just love how management treats their employees along with us guests! I have to mention how much I love the remodel of the place! It’s really refreshing to see something get better with time these days for a change! Will stay again and keep the reviews coming :)

This was my first visit and I was greatly impressed by both Shana & Essie's professionalism and customer service skills. The front office was clean and the two women above really left an impression on me and should be recognized as genuine reflections of the company.

The place was run down and the lock on our door was broken. They originally put us in a non renovated room, but the front desk staff was super helpful and put us in a much cleaner, renovated room. It wasn’t amazing by any means, but you pay cheap you stay cheap so we didn’t mind. Staff was extremely helpful, shoutout to Derrick at the front desk for all his help, he was great.

Everything has been renovated on the one side and Derrick at the front desk is always helpful and tries to do whatever he can to make your stay better and easier. If it wasnt for the front desk I dont know what I'd of done. Thanks again derrick

While visiting this location not only did I have the cleanest room but also a very warm welcoming upon front counter the front desk worker Derek is one of the best he’s very friendly helpful & kind he definitely makes your experience welcoming as soon as you walk into the office 😊 I believe he’s one of the best front desk workers to encounter… overall the hotel is a great one to stay at even while going under construction they still manage to make your stay as great as it is 😊

My co workers and I enjoyed our stay here. They have recently renovated these rooms and the mattress was wonderful. This is my new go to red roof inn. Everything is updated and staff was very nice. Thank you
