The location is the best. The Metro station (with lift), bus stop and taxi station is at the door of the hotel. I have booked the superior room. The room was clean and tidy. No bath tub, just shower avaiable. The scenery is also very special, you can see the photos for the window view. I arrived the hotel in 10:00 AM. The staff at front desk was kind and keep the luggage and allowed me to check-in early at around 1:30 without any additional charge. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of fruit and juice.

I was starting 6 day, I had room key problem. Stared check in, my sister went to see art center get back room and room keys doesn’t work. The hotel reception said that shops’ security but everywhere has security, even Starbucks has security. And reception Louis was so nice person in this NH Madrid Atocha. He has proud his job. Louis thank you for help me out Housekeeper ladies were kindness .

The hotel is simple, smart, cosy, neat and clean. Very well located near downtown and opposite to the train station with plenty of services around. The service provided was excellent and the experience at the hotel was wonderful. The perfect room to explore the city and go back to spend the night at a great price. Highly recommended.

It is close to Madrid station, easy to get to this hotel and find easily. It is a clean and nice hotel, amenities are well-deserved. Breakfast was also delicious, atmosphere was good. Highly recommend those who travelers have much luggage.

Service and location are both good, specially if you have to catch a train from Atocha. Breakfast is simple, European style, good quality.

Very close to the Atocha station. Works perfectly for one night transition in Madrid. Walking distance to retiro park, museo de reina Sofía, museo nacional Del Prado and many restaurants.

I went there with a friend because NH group is well know and it was just a few minutes away from the train station. It is really well located and close to some tourist attractions, so we had no problem walking from one place to another. In the hall you can find some candies and a water dispenser! Also, staff were nice to us and everything was clean (as expected). We loved our room with balcony! Sadly, I only took pics of the balcony..

Location is best near to Central Train Station will connect to other cities. Hotel bit old but overall everything is acceptable compare to price and location. Would come back next time

在最近的西班牙旅遊當中，由於行程的安排，我第三次入住 NH 南方酒店，但入住的經驗卻是一次比一次差，實在令我十分不滿。如果你正在尋找一個舒適的住宿選擇，我希望提醒你，這間酒店未必值得你選擇。本人若再次前往馬德里，亦不會再次入住 NH 南方酒店。 今次的房間竟然有一股像公共廁所的難聞氣味，當我告訴前台職員，他們卻沒能提供任何幫助，最後只能更換至一間面積較少的客房，酒店方面沒有任何補償，亦未有任何道歉。 我奇怪為何以往見到有關於 NH 南方酒店的服務評價是十分高，本人卻是不敢苟同。這間酒店的前台職員十分冷漠，令人不能親近，很少接觸到酒店從業員如此漠不關心的。 這間酒店除了佔了地點的優勢，實在沒甚麼地方值得推薦。
