Hyatt Regency Madrid Residences

非常好，房間很寬敞，兩室一廳，有廚房和洗衣機洗碗機，每天都有客房服務會來打掃換床單浴巾和倒垃圾，不過廚房需要自己收拾。唯一缺點挨着馬路和餐廳，晚上有點吵，關上窗户好一點，我們睡眠還可以，不影響，但是睡眠輕的人可能會影響。

The two bedroom suite we stayed in was really spacious and nice. It wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was hair and dirt in the fridge and the toilets. They gave us an inventory of everything in the apartment. Quite a few things were missing, which we pointed out. I had purchased a nice bottle of Rioja and was looking forward to relaxing the night we arrived. But the listed corkscrew was missing! We notified the staff member and he said he’d bring one. Hours later I asked again. He said he’d bring it the next day. We never got a corkscrew and I wasn’t able to enjoy my rioja. We asked for more nespresso coffee pods for the room. The staff member told us to come downstairs and get it ourselves. The next day my husband went down to get some more coffee and another staff member told us we weren’t allowed to get our own coffee and was really rude about it. He said we had to call and ask for it. We also had been getting refills on the dishwasher detergent. We asked for more one day and we’re told we were responsible for buying our own. Overall, I was disappointed in the customer service at this hotel. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was spacious but not as clean as I was expecting. Disappointing.

Rooms are basic. No where close to lavish/luxurious. Housing keeping was below average. We got 1 towel for a family of four. House keeping won’t attend to anything in the kitchen. Location is great. Friendly Front Desk. Over all the property lacks the standards of Hyatt Service

An amazing option for families. The reception desk was very helpful. Angel was amazing as well as the ladies were very attentive. The location was the best, convenient distances to almost everywhere and away from the hustle and bustle of the noisy Gran Via area. Supermarkets nearby, which was also convenient for grocery shopping. The kitchen was amazing equipped with best appliances and all the cutlery and kitchenware were available. Will definitely be my choice when visiting Madrid next time!

Had a 2 bedroom family apartment during our 5 days Madrid holiday. Wonderful experience in a fully furnished apartment. Victor and his team were fabulous and very helpful throughout our stay. We could travel lighter on short trips out of Madrid as the team was very kind to let us store our big luggages. They welcome us with open arms when we return to Madrid. Kudos to Hyatt Regency Madrid Residences.

Our experience started off poorly when the hotel emailed and wanted us to email them a picture of our passport and credit card. Email is not secure. Pros: These are apartments with a lot of room, great for families. There's a kitchen and laundry. Cons: Our apartment would randomly start smelling like sewage, no idea where the smell came from. The apartments are on top of a restaurant/bar/club, so on weekends, there's music going till 2am and then loud guests leaving till 3am. We could hear/feel the bass a few floors up. I wish this was disclosed on their website. If you don't mind loud music playing late at night, it would be an okay place except for the constant sewer smell. This felt like an airbnb more than a chain hotel, just the way they handled everything and communicated things to us. I would have expected better from Hyatt.
