I was in the hotel for the second time, but not the last time. Beautiful environment, clean rooms, daily change of sheets and towels. Varied food such as poultry, beef, fish..., various vegetable salads, desserts, cakes, ice cream. The staff is very nice, accommodating. Beautiful, clean sea, plenty of sunbeds, I am really very satisfied.

This hotel is really pretty. I love the people, there is a great animation team. Everyone are likable. The beach is clear. The sea is calm, there are great water attractions. We fell in love with the drinks I also Love the food and the people here i made some friends too

Wonderful hotel! Various animations for adults and children during the day and in the evening. The animators were very friendly. Special thanks to Hamma who made our holiday so special. During the day we took advantage of many sports attractions: volleyball, football, golf, archery, and many others. Everyone will definitely find something for themselves. The hotel provides a variety of buffets, so I could choose something different every day. Additionally, we enjoyed an a'la card dinner, which took place on a beautiful terrace with a view. The service cleans the rooms every day. I recommend room 5161, which has a beautiful view of the sea. It is available for an additional fee. The beach is clean and friendly. I recommend taking advantage of the attractions on the beach, which are to the right of the exit. They cooperate with the hotel, so you are insured. The swimming pool area is cleaned every morning. They check the pH of water and clean the pool. The lifeguards help to bring mattresses, for which I am grateful to them. It is also worth mentioning the bartenders who checked if we needed anything by the pool and during the show. Thank you to the entire hotel service for the holiday!

Hotel Nour Palace Resort & Thalasso is an amazing hotel with direct access to the Beach. The Animation team Lead By SlimFast were amazing not just for Kids but for adults as well. Big shout out to SlimFast Hamma Leonardo Sarah Daly Mido Khali Sparrow Alexi Balsim Foufa Pakis Nino Hopefully not missed any you all made our Holiday Fantastic and we miss you all so much. Huge shout out to Azzaen from Piano Bar for serving us amazing drinks and for being a great friend to chat to and for allowing me to put my Scotland flags up. Huge shout out to the 2 Reception staff for being so friendly and helping me order pizza lol. A huge shout out to The Waiters and cleaners for all the hard work you do for so little money. I hope the money we gave you all helps out a bit. Quad bikes and Pirate Boat Booked with AliBaBa was so much fun.

I arrived on Saturday for 10 days and I am loving it. The weather is perfect 34, the hotel has it's own beach which is beautiful, turquoise, warm water and white sand. The food is so good, 2 BBQ stations, lots of fresh fruit and veg and pizza oven. The hotel is huge, full but doesn't feel busy, rooms are nice but the bed is not as comfortable as my own bed All the staff have been have been friendly and polite. I'm so glad I still have 5 days here.

Highlights of the hotel: - Very clean and well maintained: every day from the early morning and through the day the cleaning personnel works hard to maintain everything. Outdoor green grounds are also well looked after. - Caring waiters: our group had a table reserved every day with a choice of cold drinks like water, beer or wine. Waiters always smiled to us. - Stunning beach: it is a sandy one with big colourful shells and there is a fantastic view on Mahdia town. - SPA complex: we chose the full pack of treatments and had access to the sea salt indoor pool during the session. Needs improvement: - Animation team: not sure where all the positive feedback come from as nether the team was friendly or engaging, neither shows any special, all very similar and repetitive. Something to note: - Didn’t fully match the description: the bowling was not working and the bar next to the beach entrance either and that was a shame as we were quite looking forward to both of them. We have been advised they will be open in around a week’s time. Overall, I am giving 4-star rating as some pros do massively outweigh cons.

We had a wonderful vacation with my family at Nour Palace. A large hotel with a lot of guests, but it didn't feel crowded. Beautiful sandy beach with shells, very large pool, facilities for guests, you can't ask for anything more. In addition to staying at the hotel you can go for long walks by the sea, especially in the evening. For 10D you can take a taxi to the Old Town in Mahdia, which is absolutely fantastic. Considering the number of guests, the hotel is really well-kept and clean. The food is very good and varied, everyone can find something for themselves. The animation team really tries to organize the time for the guests, and in the evenings there is a mini-disco and a show every day. The only downside is the poor quality of the Wi-Fi. Finally, we would like to thank our friend the waiter Yassin, for his fantastic service. Thanks to him we could feel almost like VIPs.

I went to nour palace hôtel for the first time on july 15th 2024 and i have just returned , and I was a little bit anxious about the the services because it's the peak of the season . To my surprise, the services are so quick, the man on the reception is very helpful ,we wore the bracelets at the time of lunch and they gave us the rooms at 14 h .The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. The room service , and especially the woman who was cleaning our room everyday is so helpful and smiling ... The animation team is excellent especially mido food is acceptable, the pizza and the French fries and ice cream are served everyday, my sons like the food, the views are amazing, the sea everything is perfect So I wanna thank all the staff especially the .responsible in the reception I will come back next year for sure till that time I will say good luck guys !

I recommend the hotel with all my heart! Beautiful hotel, delicious food and many wonderful, good, polite people working here who are always willing to help! Special thanks to the group of animators (Balsem, Nino, Hama, Daly, Alex, Ralil, Midou, Leonardo) - wonderful dancers who take care of the guests' smiles. Every evening there were amazing shows and dancing. I spent a wonderful week here, I'm sorry it ended so quickly :( And I also want to thank Khairi who made every dinner at this hotel unique and wonderful ＜3. He said goodbye to us in a unique way. He made us feel special and honored. ＜3. Thanks to such gestures, I will definitely come back again and recommend it to everyone!!
