Though it's on beach, the path to beach is very bad

Overall it is positive. Staff is co-operative. Here is my 2 cents. Positive: - Room is spacious . Dress dryer stand was given. Walking wardrobe is there. Overall it is good, except they gave me room which has more cockroaches that game nightmare to my son. - Food is good. Breakfast spread is good and tasty. - Location is good and Colva main beach is just 1 km away. - Provides good parking. - Good swimming pool. Negatives: - The property has old stuffs and if use it you might break your bone like me I failed from a broken/unmaintained swing. - Rooms are not cleaned properly. - Biggest negative point is, the beach side of this property has fishermen and fishing activity and they dry out the fish, which smells like hell. When you enter the property the smell is evident everywhere ( usually during day time). This leaves the backside beach access useless, i.e. while would someone go to the property side beach which smells yuck.

I have booked in the mid of September 2024. The part of the resort is under renovation. The resort is based at best location. The house keeping staff and the hotel staff is very co-operative. I have booked this stay for a very special occasion and ordered an in house cake from chef Silvyy. The case tasted awesome means it was made from natural fruits. Also , informed housekeeping staff to decorate the room, and the same was done peacefully as per my suggestions. The vegetarian food is tasty but its very very costly and the quantity is very less as compared to the cost. The hotel management specially the old uncle at the reception doesn't know the way to talk to customers. Ha has behaved very rudely. I have booked this resort before 2-3 months i.e. well in advance and requested specially for 1st floor room. However, after placing so much requests also we were given ground floor room and the people checkin on the same day after us, they were given 1st floor rooms of the same category. There's no system of early checkin but you get checkin late even after reaching early. During our entire stay, we continuously placed complaints for wifi not working, however, the reception old guy told us that the wifi is not included in your package and the same is complimentary, so it can work or not. So all days during our stay wifi was not available. Also there's network issue in rooms. The parking spaces doesn't have a shade so the vehicles gets heated so much that we were not able to sit in the vehicle for atleast 10-15 mins and we used to on the AC and keep the doors open for the hot air to move out. Parking was really a task at the resort as the night security guards didn't know the way to talk.

Disgusting hotel! Don't go by the pictures on their website, we got fooled based on that. On Google this is a 3 star hotel. I have no idea how they are a 3 star, because it does not have even one quality of a 3 star. For the price that they are charging, it is so badly kept. It's like a oyo room. Why would any one want to spend so much on a oyo type of room? There are cleaning things all over the corridors, rooms are so bad, bad bathrooms and nothing works. There was a horrible smell in both our rooms but they just wouldn't accept it. We had booked it for two nights. We just couldn't stay there. Since we reached late the first night, we had to adjust and stay but we decided to checkout immediately in the morning even though we wouldn't get refund, decided to extend our stay at the next hotel we had booked in north goa. In fact that was also a 3 star, Ramada vagator and we were stunned as soon as we got there. It was so luxurious and so so neat... Thats why I don't understand how longuinhos calls themselves a 3 star. Any way, they should call themselves a budget hotel if they are continue this way,not a 3 star. Also kindly don't go by the pictures posted by them.

We stayed in this resort and I would really like to share our amicable experience with regards to the service wise from F N B Mr.AYUSH ,gave us the best experience of with the finest touch ,,thanx to him for making our stay really well and caring also serving the best food.

The Arabian Premium room where we stayed had a exotic view of the beach. The room was spacious and well provided. Staff was polite and fast service was provided. Breakfast was too good with tasty and good variety of food. Our special thanks to Michael and Gasper for taking good care of us.wiil surely recommend to friends and family.

Amazing sea view property at its best commercial value Would highly recommend this resort Even luxury resort don’t have sea view rooms properly Also best part Italians food , its very delicious and should definitely try OVER ALL VALUE FOR MONEY WITH GOOD MEMORIES.

Second visit and am impressed how the management is working to improve the guest experience. With better ambience and renovations going on in the restaurant overlooking the beach, the guests in future will have an excellent place to visit. Rooms are comfortable, staff courteous and friendly. As a family we had a good time.

Not at all worth spending 11200/- for two nights (Sept 16th to 18th) here. Right from the receptionist to the manager all are useless, incompetent & arrogant. The propriety was actually good had it been maintained well and managed by people who knew to run a hospitality business. When I reached there first thing what I saw was multiple guests complaining about various issues they were facing and the receptionist (a middle aged *** wearing specs ) was nicely blaming the manager and trying to escape from the scene. He even said we INDIANS are the worst when staying and difficult to deal.. He pointed out the fact that INDIANS use swimming pool more than any one else and will stay in the pool even after check out time. Best thing ever to say to a guest while checking in.. “BRILLIANT” way to greet your guest .. I waited for more than an hour and got my room after 3pm.. Just imagine coming to Goa for a holiday with your wife and two little children and waiting at the reception for more than an hour for a booked room seeing all these drama.. the next day the same receptionist was eager to collect the pending 2442/- balance from me. I told him I’ll pay it during the check out time and he was reluctant and I gave him the money only because I didn’t want to spoil my holiday mood. They lack basic sense in a hospitality industry like patience, competence and positive attitude. They want to fill the rooms and run the business somehow that’s what I understood from their attitude.. avoid this place because there are worthy properties for lesser amount in Goa.. bunch of ****** working there .. hopeless place..
