It’s a nice hotel. Everything is clean, but the stuff was not very nice. 

Room is clean/comfortable/cosy. Ideal location with many essential facilities nearby within short walking distance. Highly recommended hotel with low attractive price offered.

It’s my second time staying here, I spent 3 weeks here and had no disturbances whatsoever. The location is in the heart of the poblacion party/bar area with just a 5 min walk to many places around. Theres a 7/11 less than 3 mins walking. The staff are friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Manila!

Nice hotel...accommodating staff, accessable area.. close to food areas

Extremely good residence. First of all, NO COCKROACH. Second, the reception is kind and sincere, and very helpful. Expat actually often book this hotel for his proximity to everything and it's authenticity. Price might seem expensive, but for the area it's actually cheap, since you are in poblacion with the luxury to be exentred from bars and noise. The hotel is 24h guarded and it feels good to have safety. I highly recommend this place to anyone willing to taste authenticity. Note: the AC will not disappoint you too.

Value for Money. I had a pleasant stay while working in the office for several days in Makati. It is accessible, and it won't take much time to travel back and forth from Makati CBD. The room and bathroom were clean, and the rooftop view was cool. There is no random bad smell around the room or building. The only downside is that there is no elevator going to higher floors. I stayed on the 4th floor, and it was challenging to go up and down with the luggage. Overall, it is a very nice place, and i will return if i have business in Makati again.
