I'M Hotel

So comfortable and clean ng room!!! Di lang nagamit yung complimentary 10mins massage kasi ang bilis ma fully booked. Dami freebies like drinks sa atidote bar!!! Super loved our stay

The room was so spacious and the pool was nice. The location is also good cause it was easy to bar hop.

3.2 / 5 Stars This place is listed as a 5-star hotel, but it really does not feel like one. The hallway on my floor was super dark with barely any lights on. It also smelled like mold and felt very old. Inside the room, the sofa had obvious stains and a bad smell like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The location in Makati is great because there are tons of places to eat nearby, but the traffic around the area is terrible. The food at the restaurant tasted good, but there were not many choices. On a positive note, the room attendant was very nice and helpful. She always refilled my amenities quickly. She did leave a paper bag full of empty food containers on the second day, but I think she just thought it was my personal stuff, so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, it is an okay stay, but definitely not a 5-star experience.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. This has been my 2nd stay here and I didn’t bother to look for other hotels around the area since this hotel already exceeds my expectations. The security & staff at the hotel lobby are very nice and helpful. The room is also clean and very spacious. You can never go wrong with this hotel.

Returned to IM hotel after many years - overall still a trusted hotel, comfortable stay, reliable spa. Hope the hotel will continue to upgrade its rooms and facilities!

Location is superb! You're located very close to the cafes and restaurants of Poblacion area. Also the room was very spacious and I really did enjoy the spa and gym!

Do not be fooled by the 5-star rating. The hallways smell moldy, the walls are stained, and the rooms feel cheap with peeling wallpaper and loose vinyl flooring. The beds are uncomfortable, the TV doesn't work properly, and they don't even offer complimentary bottled water. The hotel pool is nice but the view is 1/10. The spa services which are included are a joke, there is a bunch of fully naked oldkorean dudes due to their no clothes policy in the jacuzzi. Service was another major issue. The front desk staff appeared visibly irritated, offered fake smiles, and talked behind guests' backs whenever a request or complaint was made. I spent two frustrating hours trying to move to an acceptable room, and management completely ignored me until my booking agency had to step in. Service is unhelpful and passive-aggressive. Staff ignored my requests for a clean, proper room for two hours until my booking agency intervened. The only upside is a flexible visitor policy and you can bring any visitors without questions asked, but that doesn't save the experience. Save yourself the headache and book the City Garden Grand Hotel across the street instead.

The location is very good and not far from our business meeting locations. The check in and check out processes were very slow. Need to get out of the room to get drinking water.
