The parking area is quite poorly lit, which might make you feel a little unsafe walking to the lobby or the lift. The room itself isn’t very spacious, and the shower water pressure was extremely low, it took ages just to rinse off properly. There were visible stains on the walls, which didn’t give a great impression, and the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable either. Overall, the stay was okay, but these details definitely need improvement.

The room is ok. Breakfast spread is also good. The seminar & meeting room are good. Just lunch and dinner that has been provided in the package can be improved.

The hotel service is slow and the aircon is not that strong for the room. In addition to that the hallway of their executive room level has no aircon hence it’s very very hot whenever you are walking around. The lobby also did not have aircon. When I asked the staff they said it’s under maintenance. Which was disappointing as they cannot even get a fan out. We stayed from Friday to Sunday which by right is the busiest period for their hotel yet they are not prepared for it.

Location is good, a lot of eateries around the hotel. Walking distance to Jonker Street also. The hotel looks new but need effort on maintenence. The bedside lights both not working, the toilet did not clean properly and got the urine smell always. Otherwise, overall experience is fine. Hotel breakfast is good.

Very quiet, very clean, very peaceful. The location is within walling distance to jonker street, dataran pahlawan, A famosa and other tourist attractions.

Pretty slow check in at the counter. More of a 3 stars hotel than a 4 stars hotel. No Face & hand towels, just a pathetic bath towel. The breakfast spread for roti canai is hard to eat.

The room cleaning service has detrioiated and was very bad. They did not changed the towels and we have to remind them. They just anyhow threw the used towels without replacing.

Poor service as called to front desk to check on the air conditioning condition due to too stuffy . Took few hours and sweating in the room ! Won't come back anymore

Stained towels and bedsheet… faulty in room ac was leaking water. Luckily reception was nice to upgrade us to Exec level as they ran no longer have similar room type available. The upgraded room is the same size, same facing just on a higher floor. 😬 Other than the minor hiccups, it is relatively clean and good location. Properly used to be Novotel, so it is kinda dated and you cannot help but noticed wear and tear stuff in the room.

Generally clean rooms. Breakfast not much varieties. Pool was okay. Location is abt 10 min walk to nearest mall.

I arrived early and I wanted to safekeep my luggage. So I actually wanted to register for check in so that I can easily collect my keys afterwards when my room is ready. But sadly the staff insisted that I can’t do that. Ok sure. When it was 5pm, there’s a queue and the check in process was so slow. And if they need to photocopy documents for every check in, why not install the machine near the area and not at the back? Why can’t they speed up the process? Anyway, the room is decent, the room service menu looks alright. The lifts are slow :( only 3 lifts lol. You need to pay 5 ringgit to get a bucket of ice.
