Ficamos desagradavelmente surpresos ao saber 24 horas antes de nossa chegada ao hotel que a transferência do aeroporto internacional de Malé para chegar a Manafaru não estava incluída no preço. Tivemos que pagar $ 1500 para 2 adultos e uma criança para chegar ao hotel. Sem flores em nossa chegada para o Dia dos Namorados, apesar do meu pedido no momento da reserva. Nenhum serviço para manter nosso filho de 4 anos e fazer atividades. É realmente decepcionante para um hotel 5 estrelas, mesmo que o local seja magnífico.

一家人首次來到馬爾代夫就能有幸認識JA MANAFARU，感覺非常幸運，因為這裡有着最美的海景，最温馨周到的服務，最原生態的環境，最可口的美食。首先，從上島到離島，都能感受到賓至如歸的幸福感，全島的工作人員都非常專業，非常用心地在服務，也非常注重細節體現（經理帶着全體員工在碼頭接機以及送行），這裏重點要感謝管家LINDA無微不至的照顧以及服務生NIZAM的熱情洋溢的服務，讓我及我的家人深刻地感受到了愛的存在。其次，這裏的海景一流，沒有任何的污染，這也源自於這邊的人們對於環境的保護，所有的設施及用品均為原生態及有機產品，海灘也有專門的環保人員管理。島上植被繁茂，基本上80%以上的地方均被綠化覆蓋，讓人感覺不到赤道的炎熱。浮潛及海上運動項目也非常多，體驗感非常好。這裏每天還提供豐富多彩的體驗互動活動，包括小童樂園，都有着非常不錯的經歷。再者，島上的6個餐廳提供了非常豐富可口的食物，乾淨衞生，而且蔬菜都是有機的，大都來自於島上自給自足的培育。順便要提一句，島上餐廳每天都會免費給小朋友提供冰淇淋，非常貼心。最後，再次感謝酒店經理及管家LINDA的精心安排的各種入住體驗，我們非常期待與你們所有人在JA MANAFARU的下一次的相遇！

服務和海景都一流，設施和海資源二流，一次很好的休假。尤其要表揚中國成都姑娘LINDA，她熱情周到，讓我們得到了賓至如歸的感受。

É um ótimo resort que conta com um serviço espetacular. A comida do restaurante é excepcional e a paisagem é deslumbrante. Os hospedes possuem um serviço de mordomo particular que resolve tudo rapidamente, tal como reserva de restaurantes e passeios adicionais.

Uma experiencia inesquecível. Adorei todas as refeições e o serviço foi irrepreensível. O mar é a minha paixão. Tudo o que eu esperava foi superado e não imagino como poder ser melhor. Passei muitas horas a ver a imensidão de corais e peixes que existem

My wife and I was there for her birthday and our wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time. Our Host Kristina was just wonderful as well as Martina and the Chef was just as hospitable and welcoming. The Chef even prepared a delectable lobster for me and the most awesome deserts. Thank you so much to the entire staff for making our visit unforgettable. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

My stay at JA Manafaru was an experience I’ll cherish forever. This secluded haven in the Maldives exceeded every expectation, providing the perfect blend of luxury, natural beauty, and heartfelt hospitality. I stayed in one of the beach villas, and it was pure perfection. The villa was spacious, impeccably clean, and designed with a balance of modern elegance and island charm. The private beach overlooking the endless turquoise ocean was the ultimate indulgence, and having direct access to the crystal-clear waters was a highlight. The dining options at JA Manafaru were phenomenal. From the authentic Maldivian cuisine at Kakuni to the international dishes at Ocean Grill, every meal was a culinary adventure. The underground wine cellar experience added a unique and sophisticated touch to the trip, making it unforgettable. JA Manafaru offers something for everyone. I loved snorkeling around the vibrant coral reefs, where I encountered a stunning variety of marine life. Service is what truly sets JA Manafaru apart is the staff. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating a memorable experience for guests. They anticipated my needs before I even voiced them, which made my stay incredibly relaxing and stress-free. Special mention to Aiman and his team along with Mohammed who were incredible … JA Manafaru is paradise redefined. Whether you’re seeking adventure, relaxation, or a romantic getaway, this resort delivers on all fronts. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my next trip ..

We were looking for "barefoot luxury" and JA Manafaru absolutely delivered here. We had the most amazing ten days here, with the most perfect weather, with spectacular staff, fabulous food and our beach villa can only be described as perfect in every way. Let me quantify this .. We are in our 50s, well travelled, with high expectations, with a real love for great food and beautiful places, but we really wanted somewhere where we didn't have to get dressed up for dinner ( unless we wanted to!!!) or be worried about how we looked around the pool or the island!! Relaxed, paradise island vibe with a hint of robinson crusoe island, but with an anmazing chef and someone to clean the camp!! The staff here are the kindest, friendliest and most efficient and professional we have experienced anywhere ever before. Absolutely every detail was taken care of and they simply went above and beyond every day in every way. They listened and remembered and made us feel incredibly welcome and special throughout our stay. Nishan was our Thakuru and he was exceptional .. even finding a way for us to watch the rugby and finding me a pair of tweezers!!! Bless him, simply the best! The food was fabulous, nothing like your bare feet in the sand whilst eating the freshest, local fish cooked to perfection. There is a good variety too. We had a special night in The Cellar, which was exceptional and highly recommended, even though it does incur a charge above the all inclusive rate. Well worth it!! We absolutely loved our time here, perfect relaxation for us. We are hoping to bring our grown up family for a special trip at the same time next year. Thankyou Nishan, Jason and everyone else there who took great care of us.. sorry I can't remember everyone's names!

We had the most amazing time at JA Manafaru! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so warm and welcoming and we were immediately treated like family. Our Thakaru, Ghani, was amazing and helped us with everything from scheduling massages to making dinner reservations and so much more. We had a commitment ceremony there and everyone came together to make sure everything went perfect and we felt so special. I can’t say enough good things about the amazing staff. On top of that, JA Manafaru is the most beautiful place I have ever been to hands down. The tropical landscaping and clear blue water look straight from a movie! There are so many staff that made us feel special and felt went above and beyond. Among some are Abdho Ghani, Imran, Martina, Ashraf, Rosa, Yatte, Raphael, Kachey, Vipan, Suhaadh, Shehan and the amazing photographer Nazim. They all deserve special recognition, they were so amazing for our entire 10 day stay. Not only did they remember our names, they remembered our villa number, and our preferred drinks and food choices as well. The free floating breakfast after our ceremony was a wonderful surprise, also the amazing bed decorations upon arrival, departure and after our ceremony were a beautiful touch. We mentioned wanting to try a coconut drink and miraculously 2 appeared in our room the following day (thanks Martina and Ghani) The food was some of the best we’ve ever had! The breakfast was so delicious every day at Kakuni, so many fresh juices and the staff are happy to make you a delicious coffee. Andiamo was our favorite lunch spot (I love Italian food) and had some amazing drinks and views. We loved White Orchid and Ocean Grill for dinner, the Cape Grimm steaks were some of the tenderest I have ever had. And of course the seafood was all incredibly fresh and delicious. The drinks from every bar and restaurant were carefully crafted, fresh and delicious! I don’t think we could have had a better experience, truly!

Where do I even start…. just WOW!!!! We visited JA Manafaru for our Honeymoon. From the moment we were picked up and taken to the seaplane transfer to get to JA manafaru, all staff were so kind & accommodating. Ps: HIGHLY recommend the seaplane transfer, amazing Birds Eye view, worth every penny! Arrived at JA manafaru, greeted by all accomodation host’s on the jetty with a big wave which made us feel so welcomed. Was greeted by Jason (manager), he was a lovely man and very welcoming. Was given a jet lagged juice on arrival to sip on our buggy ride to our over water Villa with our Amazing host Nishan (also known as Jim). Nishan was absolutely amazing, he made our stay unforgettable!! He also booked all our dinners / some experience’s which was great as it’s one less thing we had to do. He was super responsive / quick to reply to all messages on what’s app if we have any questions. When you book request to have Nishan as your host, you won’t regret it. It was so sad to say goodbye to him, he felt like family and we were only there for just over a week. Thankyou so much Nishan, because of you, you made our experience so easy, relaxing & one to remember forever. Rooms were very spacious, beds were huge & super comfy! Rooms were cleaned every day, towels were replaced daily. Fridge was stocked with goodies/drinks and also replaced daily. Food; every single meal we had was amazing!! If you are a fussy Eater like me and don’t really like seafood, don’t worry they have lots of variety. When snorkeling; Lots of nurse sharks / black tip reef sharks, turtles, stingrays/eagle rays, lobsters, LOTS of Dolphins & beautiful fish. Over all our experience at JA manafaru was OUTSTANDING- no words can even describe. If you want to get away and forget about the world this is the place to be. We will be back !!

The quintessential Maldives experience we had been dreaming of for our honeymoon! Idyllic, serene, luxurious and indulgent; from the moment we stepped onto the island my husband and I felt as though we were in a perfect daydream. It was a 10/10 experience and I couldn’t resist leaving a glowing review! I’ll list our highlights here: • Natural and Architectural beauty: the island was surrounded by untouched beach and teaming with tropical marine life. The fine details of the whole island experience were given great care- the sandy pathways snaking the island were shaded by lush garden and trees that allowed us to stay cool as we strolled from breakfast buffet to pool side. The restaurants and villas all had a cohesive and refined architecture language. The island was extremely well maintained and clean. • Wonderful Staff and Facilities: friendly, helpful, accomodating and doting staff members who did everything to tailor our stay to our desires. Especially Aan, (our host) who made sure our stay was perfect. The restaurants, spa and water activities were all fantastic. I eat Gluten Free and could have anything I want made lovingly by restaurant staff to suit my dietary requirement. Our overwater sunrise villa was spacious and private- the bathroom and bed were huge and we could have spent the whole trip on our private deck and pool. The villa and other island facilities were immaculaly maintained, and it was like our bed was magically made every time we returned to our villa. Thank you Ja Manafaru for making our Honeymoon perfection.
