A great location close to Manchester Victoria station loads of bars and clubs and niche shopping. Was here for a music gig the other side of the city but Uber there and back was very easy. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and fun and the morning breakfast was extensive and a good selection of most things. It’s a clean and surprisingly quiet hotel as it’s right on a very busy main road. It’s a budget hotel so not too many frills no fridge or iron but everything worked really well good bed and good shower and for me that’s the main selling factor of a hotel room.

The hotel was clean, tidy, with simple amenities. The only criticisms are that due to the location of the hotel it is noisy as it is located right next to a main road. Also, the rooms can get very warm as there is no air conditioning.

I’ve booked a room with a bathtub, and the staff designated a room without it. I can accept they could make a mistake, but the staff didn’t apologize for his mistake when I asked for a room change.

Just ok, hotel with good connection but, I did not like that the internet is a separate service

Lovely place

The hotel smelt of damp on arrival- The corridors and room included. Our bathroom was unclean with hair in the shower and on the sink. The room was quite small with a tiny bathroom and no hair dryer. When trying to sleep, you could hear everything including guests inside the hotel and in the room next to you, as well as guest on the street outside. The only thing that was a positive was that the bed was comfortable. Considering I payed £205 for two bedrooms for one night I at least expected the room to be clean.

I had top notch service from Matt. We were made to feel be welcome and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in a great location with lots of services nearby. It was a good spot for our one night stay and was close to multiple trains stations. We would stay again.

The staff are excellent. Matthew ,, Danka, Alex, Kevin were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back in the near future. The breakfast was buffet and was good value. For money, had full English breakfast and some fruits

A warm welcome by Danka on reception, very informative about where our rooms were and what’s about in the local area. She later checked on us to make sure our rooms were ok. We stayed in the bar area for drinks and was served by Danka who again was very chatty & friendly. The rooms were warm and perfect for our overnight stay. It was about a 20 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly station & approx another 20 minute walk to AO arena which was perfect for our stay. We included the breakfast in our stay, there was unlimited cereal, croissants and cooked buffet breakfast available along with teas, coffees & juice. Would definitely stay here again especially if attending the AO arena.

Great central location. The staff are so friendly, danka was so warm,welcoming & has a great sense of humour.... we loved her ❤️ she gave great advice on where to go to eat, gave directions & made us laught the moment we walked in. Room was cosy, clean & the price was amazing for city centre stay, added bonus the bar is open till 4pm.

Alex and Danka were so welcoming and greeted us with a smile on arrival to the travelodge. The room we were given initially was quite small, given that we were staying for 4 nights we had suitcases and bags. It would have been very cramped for space. However, if it had been for one night, it would have been fine. We went downstairs to ask if there was a possibility to move to a slighter larger room. They could not have been more understanding and checked to see what they could do. They were able to move us to a much better room for our stay. Both ladies have been so helpful and friendly with excellent customer service.

Nice staff, good location and clean. Don’t expect the Ritz but the rooms are, warm, clean and functional and that’s all I want for the price I paid.

Good location for pubs and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and have everything one needs for a few nights away. Not our first time staying here and it won’t be our last. Extremely good value for money and would recommend for others.

The room was basic as expected and the bed was quite comfy but the noise from the outside traffic was too much. There was constant beeping from taxi's, sirens from police and ambulance, general traffic noise as hotel is based on a busy junction. This was going on until around 4 a.m., making going to sleep difficult.
