Manchester South Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by BW

I was really happy with the amenities which were able for us. The room was clean and big for 2 person Receptionist was nice to us and helpful. The location was good because the bus was going every 10 minutes i think.

On arrival I did not realise that there would be so many stairs. That made things harder for me as I suffer with a bad knee, but the friendly personnel offered to help with my luggage. At this point I was told that I was not allowed a pet. On the Trip-it website it clearly states pet-friendly as well as in my confirmation email. The manager told me this could not be the case as they changed their policy concerning pets. I felt I was not being believed and fortunately had my confirmation email stating clearly “pets-allowed”. Do an exception was made! How that exception word irritates me, as It still makes me feel as if I did something wrong! I have an extremely well travelled cat with me in his bag and his proper no smell, no messes toilet comes with me as well as his scratch pole and gods bowls that gets put onto a plastic table mat. He sleeps on his own blanket and when I leave a room where we have stayed, that room is left in immaculate state. I even have a hand vacuum cleaner with me to make sure nothing is left out of order. Apart from these two things I found the personal in general all very kind, helpful, friendly and willing to sort out any problem.

The room was big and nice. The location is also good for the purpose of my visit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem that we have is our room is at the end of the building on the second floor. Otherwise, everything was great.

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were polite and friendly. They make me felt welcome at the hotel. Helpful when I went to them for information about where to go in the city for the night life.

I stayed for one night and everything was excellent and would go back again really enjoyed my stay Thank you

Fantastic hotel, staff were very helpful very clean , beds nice un soft, spacious rooms, I got best sleep ever on my stay , next door to a McDonald's un as a sainsbury just across road, plenty of buses un taxis to town center, would definitely stay again, thank you manchester south sure hotel x

Recepcionista muy antipática, pasillos infinitos sin ascensor. El hotel necesita una restauración Baños antiguos .Ruido durante la noche y día por estar situado una empresa de paquetería enfrente del hotel. Parking 7 euros el día

房間窄，拼湊出來的雙人床不太舒服 要行樓梯才可以到大堂check in ,拿着大行李非常不方便
