Great stay, Great location enjoyed time here and i will most likely be back at some point next year.

Our stay was for a university visit, check in was good , the room was very small but was quiet. Shower was poor very little water pressure . The soap and shampoo dispenser didn’t work . All in all good stay really clean hotel room. Great find for the price and location with warm friendly staff.

No food had and the room was ok with kettle and beverages.air con too.didn’t like the bathroom smelt so bad from drains?didn’t want to kick up a fuss so put up with it

Recommend to stay at this hotel centrally located easy accessible to local train station, hotel staff were very professional and polite. Hotel was very clean and tidy will book again

One of the poorest 4 star hotels I’ve been in recent years. No amenities to count for. Not even a mini fridge, staff was quite unfriendly and rude apart from one of the receptionist. I would not recommend, the room itself was okay but not 4 star worthy.

My friend and I chose to stay here for the location. Walking distance to Deansgate. Staff were extremely friendly upon check in and check out. Would choose to stay here again.

Really surprised how lovely this hotel was as it was such good price. Room was spacious, modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable and the bedding was beautifully white and crisp. Stayed for breakfast which was also very good. Great choice and all cooked freshly. Staff at reception were very helpful and professional. The location was just perfect for our visit to Castlefield Bowl. Will absolutely stay here again.

Due to an oversight I didn't book the right date. Unfortunately the very terrible cancellation policy didn't allow for a change of dates or cashback. I haven't been able to use the room due to other travel to Sweden at the booked date.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I needed to change my room and they accommodated it without hesitation. The guests in the room next door were loud and the staff attended to it right away. I would definitely stay again. Great location too!

Everything was great except there’s no minibar in the room. Location is in the heart of Manchester.

The service was fantastic. There aren't any notable facilities within the hotel. The room was clean overall but there were blood stains on my sheets. The location is nice but not the most accessible if you're trying to get there by foot. The nearby roads makes it difficult to walk with suitcases.

This hotel is convenient and you can access most of the tourist spots by walk. Amenities are available but basic, remember to bring slippers.
