Comfort Inn & Suites

We had teams staying here for an event in town and had we known the hotel was in the condition it was in we would not have stayed. There was no hot water and it was a chilly weekend, plus our girls were playing in a tournament would have been nice to get a hot shower after. The heat wasn't working either and it was freezing. Some of our team was on the 4th floor which was pretty much renovated but they still encountered dust in the rooms and sofa beds that wouldn't open. Outlet holes in the wall but no outlets in them yet. The rest of the team was on the 3rd floor which only half of the floor was partially renovated. When you stepped off the elevator the floor looked under construction and we questioned we had the correct floor as I felt like there should have been a Do Not Enter Construction in process sign. There was plastic hanging down from the ceiling, materials off to the right in the vending area, paper taped down to the floor, TVs in hallways, there was tape and in some cases plastic as well cover the sprinkler systems. The elevators were dusty so we thought we take the stairs, nope there was debris all over the place. They took the shower curtains or curtains out of the rooms and just piled them on one of the landings, another landing hand bed rails and shop vacs, another mirrors and a table saw, every landing was full with debris and it was not a safe environment especially when we were all staying on the 3rd and 4th floors. When we mentioned the issues to the front desk manager...yes I said manager they past the buck on another manager that wasn't' even on site, saying there was nothing they could do. They were not even aware of what the stairwells looked like apparently. I waited to post to see what results might come giving the hotel some time to redeem themselves. The hotel did refund some of people but not everyone, this was all after the fact and after lots of pushing. I guess they saw the value of the dollar more important then the safety of our families. It's ashamed the hotel will probably look really great after renovations but based on how the Managers chose to handle the situation we will never stay there again.

I stayed for 1 night. The person at the front desk was nice and got me to my room promptly. My room was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Shampoo and conditioner wall dispenser available and full. Bar soap and travel lotion on sink. I will definitely stay here again!

The lady named Carolyn at the front desk is the rudest, most incompetent hotel employee I have ever encountered. I have been here for two weeks and every week when I re up my reservation there are problems. Today she wouldn't even look at my confirmation number, checked me in under someone else's reservation, and even had me sign their credit card receipt. All the while being incredibly rude while she was probably committing a criminal offense. I work night shift and have been awakened by her opening my door and yelling that I must check out of hotel, even though I paid in full for a week the day before. THIS WOMAN IS GIVING YOUR HOTEL A BAD NAME. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED FOR HER RUDENESS AND ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE!

We had an overall good experience. At first appearance entering the motel could use some updating but was clean. Beds comfortable.The front desk girl was excellent very helpful with any questions and polite. Always very pleasant assuming she was the front desk manager. The breakfast bar was suitable but nothing spectacular. Choices change daily. The pool was clean and very relaxing at the end of the day.

Staff, location, price, breakfast, everything was excellent. We stay at approximately 30 hotels a year and I was very pleased with this one. Everything was as expected and even a little more so. We would definitely recommend staying there. Only 25 minutes away from Hershey Chocolate World.

Very nice hotel. Still a few renovations going on but room was clean, freshly painted, bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast selections were adequate. Desk clerk friendly and accommodating. Recommend staying in room on front side as interstate is directly behind hotel.

Freshly renovated spacious room, friendly customer service and the shower pressure was the best! I’ll definitely recommend this hotel because it’s right by the highway easy on and off access!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overcharged $100 and have to wait for a manager to dispute. Upon arrival, the door to our room didn’t open with keycard. Maintenance let us in. Went back to desk, next key still didn’t work. Couldn’t leave the room until maintenance was available to fix the door. I had to call back down to the desk to get someone to come up. Pretty sure they can’t be up to safety codes. No one should be staying here. LOUD construction began at 6:00 am. Drilling/Hammering that sounded adjacent to our room. Dust from construction all through the room NO hot water TV doesnt work/ no remote. Pic shows the hallway outside our door. Paper taped to floor and all.

This place is absolutely terrible . It is completely under renovation, so it is a construction zone. Everything - and I mean everything - is dusty and filthy. The rooms are dusty, bathroom had hair on the floor, sink, and in the tub - construction dust all over the floor and surfaces. Elevator had dirty rubber gloves and candy wrappers in the corner, dirt all over the floor and the buttons were sticky. The bottles on the bathroom sink were already used and not new. There was NO breakfast as described on the website. Instead the man at the desk handed us a paper bag with an ice cold pre-packaged breakfast sandwich, rotten banana, no-name child-sized orange juice that is enough for 2 sips, and a cheese danish. Oh, and no clean space to eat - so get comfy in your car I guess. Absolutely a terrible experience and if we weren't exhausted from traveling we would have left. I would never recommend this place. The website is VERY misleading as it doesn't have any type of warning that it is a mess and under construction and NO REAL breakfast as promised and this is VERY misleading. I wouldn't stay at this place for free. RUN!!
