The children enjoyed the pool with slides and it was family friendly and the service is really good which is nice. The only complain I have is the bedroom’s carpet is old I can smell it. Overall is ok and convenient if you’re staying with your family.

Room is a little bit dated but overall hotel is clean, comfortable and has good service. Conveniently located next to a shopping mall for more food options.

Best hotel in Manila, I like that floor-to-ceiling window looking at the city view from my room is superb. Great staff great service at the hotel

Great buffet, and service staff very friendly. Not strict on guests. Malls and restaurants nearby, at bit far from night life. Pool was nice, busy on weekends, slow during the week.

My regular hotel whenever I go to Manila for business. Good location. The only thing I wish they could change/improve is their bath & shampoo range. Most 5-star hotels are offering branded range with better fragrance & quality. And the food menu & taste have room for improvement.

Main reasons for this stay is the best location for shopping. Hotel is excellent n staff are friendly but very disappointed with tennis court facilities. Had great courts but don’t provide tools for clean up the coach n ball balls are great .definitely need to improve but will rerun next time . Teresa is very help at reception so is Amy n Grace . Gym trainer n has no complaint 🌹

Disappointed that the water activities in the pool costs extra, in a 5 star hotel this should be included. A normal IHG hotel in china includes these activities. For sure we won’t go here again. The kids were disappointed !

It was an amazing experience staying at Edsa Shangrila hotel, everything was a satisfying experience- from room accommodation, amenities, hotel staff and food experience. Everybody seemed to be welcoming except for a particular male staff from the front desk, I forgot his name already… He was quiet impatient at first when I approached him then suddenly changed his attitude when he saw my ID , (probably seeing my profession on my ID changed his behavior towards me)…. Thats not the way to treat your guest/clients Sir…. It is best to treat guest/clients equally irregardless of their status since we are all paying to get the quality service we deserve.
