Location is in city center, breakfast was good and simple. Front desk people we support and got me early check in

There is no ventilation in the room and bad smell and bed quality is very worst and hard. Breakfast menu not that much and continuous power shut down.

I travel-led solo. For my work. And i must say it was most pleasant stay. The location is in heart of the city. And staff was very nice. The room service was good. And food was awesome. Definitely going to recommend this

location is nearby and have easy access to move to other location. Room service is good. Accomdation is good but o personally feel that it could be a way better. Food is also good

The room service was disappointing, with mold on the walls. My room had a door that connected to another room, and despite assurances from the staff that it was locked and safe, i could constantly hear noises from the other side. There were no basic toiletries, no towel, not even a single tissue. The room seemed to have been sprayed with freshener to create an illusion of cleanliness, but unfortunately, it wasn't the case. The food service was also subpar. Except for one person, some of the staff were rude and barely acknowledged any requests. As someone who frequently travels to mangalore for work purposes, i have decided not to book this place again. It was certainly not worth the amount paid.

My hotel stay was good. Friendly staff and also provided me two hours early check-in but they have not charged me more for it.
