Very luxurious and clean but the building are old but its fine. The front desk staff are very friendly easy to communicate and they assist you if you need them and La Casa staff too. Recommended to my family and friends. Will stay here again nextime.

Went here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The hotel interior is very classy and timeless. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. The pool is clean, but better if it is heated. The hotel is promising, and with proper marketing and more social media presence, it will be a great hit.

We loved our stay although it was just 1 night, the place was definitely clean. The bed was comfortable, their hygiene kits are decent, bathroom was clean and tidy. We loved our stay except for the fact that we were not allowed to ask for bottled water on the check-out day.

Didn't much have time to stay and enjoy my booked room due to personal reason but I can attest that this hotel has the best front desk employees. They are very kind to help and polite.

Service staff are nice especially the front desk but the housekeeping team can be improved in terms of the quality of cleaning that they provide for daily room cleaning service. It is not very much at par with other 4-star hotels in the country.

This was a great hotel, the staff here was amazing and friendly. They took care of my every request, and need. The hotel was very clean, and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious, and extravagant. They had a wide variety of dishes, there wasn’t any western food though but I didn’t mind, everything else tasted phenomenal. I will certainly be back at this hotel next time I visit my wife again.

Stayed at Rizal Park Hotel and it honestly felt like stepping into another era—very Somewhere in Time kind of vibe. The building itself has a lot of character, which makes sense since it used to be the old Army Navy Club (built in 1911), and you can feel that old-world charm throughout the property. Location is a major advantage—right beside Rizal Park, near the US Embassy, and overlooking Manila Bay. Great for staycations, especially if you want that sunset view. Convenience stores are about a 5-minute walk away, and food delivery is easily accessible. We booked a junior suite and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was notably fresh-smelling, which stood out. Bed was comfortable, aircon was cold, and Wi-Fi was fast. The pool area was a highlight—relaxing with a great view of the bay, especially at sunset. The hotel also has a gym and sauna; we were able to use the sauna, which was a nice addition to the overall experience. Most of the staff were friendly, often greeting us with smiles and good mornings/evenings, which made the stay more pleasant. Special mention to Ma'am Jenna from the amenities building—very friendly and accommodating. There were a few instances where some staff didn't greet, but overall service was still warm and welcoming. That said, the building does show its age in some areas. There were occasional noises at night (likely ongoing maintenance or renovations), and some facilities feel dated—TV could definitely be upgraded to a smart TV. We also noticed some ceilings and walls with visible cracks and signs of mold, which could use better upkeep. Breakfast buffet was okay—decent, but not a standout. Overall, still good bang for buck. Best suited for staycations or travelers who appreciate historic hotels with character rather than modern luxury. Would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay together with my family. The staff are so accommodating. Until next year again, looking forward to stay again in Rizal Park Hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return again soon! Though we were happy with the value for money, we did wish there were more food options at the buffet and better hot drinks (nicer coffee). The rooms were amazing and a great size, though we observed that the hotel looked tired in places - with some dirty and torn carpets, damaged walls, etc. The pool is situated in a great spot with a lovely view! I stayed at Rizal Park Hotel for 2 nights during Holy Week. Overall, I would rate it 3/5. The room was spacious, which I appreciated, but you can already tell that the property is quite old. The bathroom was clean, but not to a high standard. The buffet breakfast needs improvement. On Friday, the main options were sardines and danggit, while the rest of the dishes felt more like lunch meals such as adobo. There were no usual breakfast items like bacon, hotdog, or tocino. On Saturday, there was tapa and tuyo, but again, most of the spread leaned toward lunch dishes like chicken afritada. It did not meet our expectations for a proper breakfast. During checkout, we were informed about a stain on the bedsheet. We disputed this since we did not eat or drink anything in the room. When they showed us the photo, the stain looked old and was located at the far end of the sheet, almost hidden. After a few minutes, they agreed not to charge us. The hotel is okay for a short stay, but I would not choose to stay here again.

We stayed there overnight during our 1st year anniversary. We enjoyed the place, the view, the room the amenities such as the infinity pool, gym and sauna. We also had a full tummy over the buffet breakfast. Overall our stay was nice and we will come back again.

While the hotel looks beautiful outside, it needs a lot of fixing inside due to: - hallway wallpaper coming off, some show signs of molds - i love the small garden near the lobby but the floor mats are soaked with water underneath and old chairs are just dumped on one side - carpet has holes and really old - bathroom sliding door is very noisy - amenities need a lot of upgrading But service was great and staff were very helpful
