We loved this place:
1. Great location. Just 5 minutes from main pedestrian area
2. The hotel houses the Russian restaurant. It is really the best food ever eaten in this entire trip to Inner Mongolia for 14 days.
Even though we just had our meals on the plane about 1 hour ago, we still enjoyed the food here. You can see how good the food is.
3. Lift to our room on every floor. Vs Crown Hotel that we are staying the next day, this hotel to me is much better.
4. Lots of free tibits for us. Lovely
5. Friendly staff
If i ever return to Manzhouli, I'll book this hotel again.

Hotel is interesting with special and unique designs. The bed’s soft head rest is a good one to rest. Location is great, in a strategic location. It has great western foods in the hotel’s restaurant with performance. Discovered great, tasty noodles nearby which opened on 6th June. Hotel reception staffs are friendly and helpful.

Hotel is located in the best location close to everything. Deco is beautiful.
The only massive problem that exist the smell from the sewage from the bathroom toilet .that smell does not go away , I read from the past reviews that the management is working on it to resolve it but those comments were a few years back and the problem still exist

The receptionist and manager at the counter is friendly and helpful. Patient and even allowed us to check in early and later allow us to leave our luggage for 2 days. Very flexible and with ctrip perrmission arranged to refund when we checked out 2 days earlier.
Bravo to ctrip agent and Liubuli Hotel!

酒店比較老了，是俄式風格的，膽小勿入哈哈哈哈。晚上去有點點嚇人，熱水需要用熱水器電加熱，兩個人洗澡要前後間隔半小時，不然熱水不夠用。比較好的一點就是酒店位於繁華的商業街內，周邊購物比較方便。但沒有獨立的停車場，衹能把車停在路兩邊，不好停車！

環境：樓下的俄羅斯飯店很火 吃飯方便就住這了 住宿環境有很多俄羅斯元素，但是有點舊了，隔音不太好，晚上還能聽見隔壁因為熱水器水涼了在吵架
衞生：還可以，最好自己帶毛巾
服務：前台服務挺好的 提醒了洗澡要間隔半小時

一整個俄式風格，很符合滿洲里口岸的特點，住宿體驗很好。樓下就是排隊王盧布裏西餐廳，但我們沒吃，去吃了蒙祥園烤肉，這次呼倫貝爾最喜歡的一頓

酒店在最主要的街道上，旁邊就是步行街，距離山姆和大山都很近，購物相當的方便。酒店對面還有雜貨鋪，各種生活用品都買得到。我的鞋子開膠，就是從對面買的膠。
房間不大，但佈置得很有特色，套房的圓床足夠大，正好可以讓娃睡裏側。倆娃家庭套房相當合適。
乾淨衞生沒得説，服務也非常給力。吃飯就在樓下，太方便啦！

因為吃俄餐，所以定了這個酒店，挨着步行街也近。沒有早餐，估計也忙不過來了。滿洲里最牛的俄餐，中午晚上都有排隊等吃飯的。酒店有些老。體驗一下住一回還是可以的。
