The room assigned to us had a non-working toilet so we asked for a different room. The desk manage said they didn't have any more rooms available so we went to a different hotel. They apologized for our inconvenience. My credit card next statement had the room charge and when I disputed the charge the General Manager said he would fix it, but, never followed through. After three months of challenges, I was told I had to pay the charge because the GM decided it was valid. Really? Don't stay here!

We stay here every time we need a hotel in Marion. Clean hotel. Nice beds. Always consistent with those. Was a bit underwhelmed this time as there were a few things under par. Air in lobby and hallways wasn’t working so they had the front doors popped open with a fan blowing. Ice machine only working on third floor. No cinnamon rolls for breakfast and was pretty much out of breakfast by 8:30. Juice machine at breakfast wasn’t working. So it was a bit under par in some areas but the cleanliness of this place will always bring me back. I have always been happy with that, it’s so hard to find a trustworthy hotel in that area. So as long as it stays clean I will be back every time I’m in Marion.

We stayed here for Ohio State Robotics Championships March 8th and 9th. When we arrived, the room was not ready for us to check in, but it was available within 30 minutes. The breakfast was good but packed. Understandable with a hotel full of High schoolers and their families all trying to eat and get to the competition early. It was hard for the staff to keep up, but they did their best. I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 if possible. Rooms were nice, but not overly so. They were clean which is a must for our family, and in the end, that is what mattered to us.

The manager offered me a great rate. Check in was easy…the room was nice, clean and quite..the hot breakfast was very good especially the cinnamon rolls!! Check out was also easy…the staff was friendly and efficient.

The room was clean and comfortable. The two biggest issues were they were remodeling the lobby area. Maybe they should have closed to do this. The area was in disarray. The other issue was the road noise. Interstate is not far from the hotel and you could hear the traffic from the early morning on.

We stopped here while traveling. It is a great place to stop and stayed for the night. The staff was friendly and very helpful with any information that we need it. The room was spacious and the hotel was clean. The free breakfast was good and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. We would stay here again if we were traveling through.
