Golden Rock Beach

Great hotel on the beach with private beach with sun beds. We went for a seaview room and ours were 438. Cleaner sumunor was lovely and made us characters from towels and kept our room lovely. Friendly funny and welcoming the entertainers Martin, Rose and Becky. Speeding (Blue) from the spa who was friendly and got a fantastic memory ha ha and the ladies who treated us with a greatly deserved Turkish bath and massage felt fantastic thank you. Lovely waiter with the tattoo saying ( smile please ) on his arm went out of his way to be helpful.

Amazing place for relax, rest and feel free. Great stuff who are always helpful and so friendly, Awesome and delicious food. Love to be here. Everyday activities make you busy for at least half day busy. All inclusive package are really amazing. Truly Recommended .

This was our first visit to Turkey so was already apprehensive about it then even more so when I read a few reviews about it not being very good for British travellers. Well that couldn't be any more wrong. We had a fantastic time. The ages in our party ranged from 6 to 65 and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff where excellent and all of them wanted to help you as much as they could. Great pool area not too big so we could keep our eyes on the kids easily enough. Sun bed situation like any other hotel they do get reserved but was still finding one at 9am, if not they have extra that they will bring for you. We found the food very good, yes there is a big mix of nationalities at this hotel so there is something for everyone. I tried so many things that I haven't before and really enjoyed the majority of it. Don't expect a full English for breakfast though as they don't do sausage and bacon. Kids ate very well and always found something they liked. Rooms very clean and a good size with very good air conditioning and boy was it needed. It was so so hot. Liked Marmaris and the beach front. It just misses some nice sand. Prices are not cheap to drink and eat out though I must admit. I like strongbow and was paying on average £7.50 a bottle. Would definitely return to this hotel no problem.

I really enjoyed the stay at Golden Rock Hotel. First impression when we came was really good. People warking at the reception were polite and very nice. Before we even checked in we already got a cold beer in our hand. Checking in was quick and without any problems. Later I asked for some things at the reception(additional bed sheets), everything was managed quickly. Room We had a family room for 3 people with a sea view, all beds were decent. Room and bathroom were really clean. Maybe it wasnt the biggest but we don't really spend that much time in our hotel rooms. Cleaning lady was totally a sweetheart, giving as much water as we needed. Food Now this is a huge plus in this hotel. Very big variety, everything is tasty and well seasoned. There was always space at the restaurant so you dont feel like it's crowded. I liked the friges with water so you can stay hydrated all the time. Also it's worth saying that the desserts were delicious, really balanced in sweetness. I loved the food there. Pool and bars Pool was clean but saddly there was not enough sunbeds for this amount of people. On the other hand there was many free sunbeds at the beach, where breeze was pleasant. Bars were also okay, poured everything you wanted. I liked thath there was a bar menu with drinks. Staff Staff is really friendly, especially the animation team. Everyday they came with new activities, the energy they had was huge. Also other employees were really nice, oppened. I enjoyed joking around with barmans. Really Really nice people. All I can say about this hotel are positive things. Mostly I dont go twice to the same place, but this I would visit at least once more just to enjoy the positive energy.

2nd time at this hotel and it hasn’t disappointed the rooms are very clean and spacious. the food is lovely and always something to choose from and is always fresh and warm. the entertainment team are brilliant and always around to greet you. ken,mete,martin,becky and of course tiger isaac he is amazing and always laughing and smiling. will definitely be back and would recommend to families,friends and couples

Spent a week here with my husband and 2 teenage girls. Location is excellent, hotel clean and tidy, rooms immaculate and all staff attentive and approachable. Spa on site is great and also a shop which is handy although loafs of shops on the street also. Entertainment staff go over and above to include everyone. Only down side is the towels on the sun loungers early in the morning however ample sun loungers on the beach if you can't get pool side. Selection of food catered for all and freshly cooked. Would happily stay there again.

Well, this is our 5th time to marmaris in the past 2 years. This is our first time at golden rock hotel. I cannot recommend it enough. It has been our best experience and will be staying at the golden rock hotel from now on. A special shout out to Ahmed, the towel guy "TG" from the spa. Very lovely guy and so funny, he has really made our holiday!!! The treatments at the spa are also fantastic. Also, all the staff are very nice and accommodating and the food is lovely with a great variety. See you all in October!

While the hotel may officially be rated 5 stars, it was a very good 4 stars. The food was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options that satisfied everyone in our group. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The location couldn't be better—right on the beach, providing stunning views and easy access to the beautiful shoreline. The entertainment was top-notch, with lively and enjoyable performances every night. We can't fault this hotel at all; it offered excellent value for money and maintained high standards throughout. We would highly recommend the Golden Rock Beach Hotel for a memorable and enjoyable holiday experience!

great hotel, great location, food 7/10 always something for everyone, drinks are good selection, bar and restaurant staff great, reception are polite, cleaner on level 3 is super friendly and very polite she attempts to have a conversation in english even though it’s very limited for her, she works so hard and deserves as many tips as she is donated, speedy down in the spa is always very polite, hairdresser who cut my husband and sons hair very polite, sadly my husbands nose was burnt by hot wax not being cooled enough but once the man found out he was apologetic and offered cream, the man taking the bookings doesn’t take no for an answer and very pushy, he also asked my husband why he didn’t tip him and my husband explained he tips the person who does the job, the next day he called him a B****** my husband tackled him over this but for the rest of our stay he attempted to talk to us still but i seriously didn’t have a time of day for him, you do NOT call your guests names because they didn’t tip you for making a booking, the shop staff always polite but not happy no prices on many items, ice cream is a cable on level one is is by far the best ice cream ever, breakfast go right through the restaurant and your find omelettes made to order plus you can make toasted sandwhiches out there, we do plan to return here next year
