Pasa Beach Hotel

Staying here at the moment for 7 nights, when booking there was plenty of options for a hotel but we chose this one and cannot recommend enough! Food is very nice, lots of sun beds around all pools, entertainment is varied and pleasant to watch/take part in and the all inclusive drinks are a winner. Also my girlfriend enjoyed an amazing massage in the on-site spa! Worth the money 100%, big thanks to Mamos for his kind manner and helpful hospitality.

Paşa beach is amazing, we have loved every second. The entertainment team and staff in general are very friendly. Our room has a balcony with a lovely view and the air con works very well. There are also many different activities to take part in during the evening. The only personal problem for me is that I’m a very fussy eater and don’t eat much of the food. However, many drinks and cocktails are included in the all inclusive. We recommend the pasa special cocktail :) the private beach is also amazing with many sunbeds available at all times

Just got back after two weeks here with my family and we had a wonderful time. Food was delicious and plenty of choices to pick from, soups were really nice, also the duck I had in the first week was really tender and tasty. I also liked the kebabs from the snack bar they were very nice especially with the chilli sauce. Breakfast you can queue up for omelettes of your choice, they also done grilled halloumi, but overall I couldn’t fault the food. The layout of where the food options were could be a bit more organised as it was manic on the evenings, dodging people with food. Rooms were kept clean and tidy from change of linen and towels daily, I also would like to say what a wonderful anniversary surprise the staff organised on request by filling our room with love heart balloons and red balloons. Pool layout wasn’t the greatest as you could use loungers where they put table and chair along side the pool, giving more people a chance of a decent spot on a lounger instead of put them over by the slide which was in the shade. I would say if you want a decent spot where the sun is on you all day you would need to be up extra early as people were putting their towels down at 1.30am in the morning which did become the norm with most holiday makers. But I have to say the pool was like getting into a bath it was so warm. Entertainment was hit and miss for me as I’m not one for dancers and acrobatics, but the entertainment team done a great job with bingo etc and around the pool in the day, they worked rather hard. Potter was always coming over to us and making us laugh and Dobby was great when he dresses up as he made me laugh with the antics he did with the holiday makers. Most nights we went out as I have friends who own bars out there, so that was the reason I didn’t stay in the hotel for the night entertainment, apart from the foam party on a Monday night that was fun. Reception were okay but I would suggest if you have a late night early morning flight to book a late check out with your tour operator as we found out on the morning we was flying out that all our rooms wasn’t available, even though we was told the day before to come back on the morning, which was disappointing as we had to sit around the hotel all day and night in the clothes we was going home in. WiFi was pretty poor in most areas in the hotel especially in the rooms but the AC was great. Overall a really great holiday, would I stay here again I would say yes but I like to see what other hotels are like and so far this has been the best so far out of three I have stayed in. Thank you all at pasa beach for making our holiday a fab and fun time and hopefully will be back sometime in the future.

I went on a 5-day holiday with my family. NEGATIVES＞＞ The reception staff were not friendly at all. I don't understand why they were so surly. We said we wanted a room on the top floor, but we didn't say we wanted the lowest and stuffiest room on the top floorTo start with the food, the food is constantly repeating itself, we had the same food every night. There is a lot of variety but there is nothing decent to eat. Meals are not distributed in a controlled manner. Those who go to the restaurant after eight o'clock cannot eat some meals. When we ask the staff, they say ' it's finished ' . How can the food run out in a 4-star hotel? The waiters seem to be fed up with life and they reflect it on the customers and still can't understand why plates and glasses are being smashed against each other so much. Cookies and cakes in snack are terrible. The two male staff at the lobby bar were very rude, when we told them that the glass was dirty, they threw the glasses from a distance towards the sink.THE SEA IS VERY DIRTY. I have never seen such a dirty sea in my life. We couldn't swim even though we were near the sea. The pool and sun loungers are very crowded, you have to wake up at 5 in the morning to relax on a nice sun lounger. They value foreign tourists more, domestic tourists are of no importance to them. Especially old and fat men are constantly walking around the hotel half-naked.We have been coming to this hotel for years and we wont plan to come again in future POSITIVES＞＞ Rooms are clean,bathroom is clean. If you like a medium hard mattress and pillow, you can prefer it. Dishes such as beef, potatoes and rice are delicious. Baklava is delicious but other desserts have no taste. Breakfast and drinks are nice. The animation team (they couldn't improve themselves since last year but np) luggage attendants and some kitchen staff are friendly and kind. But this hotel staff needs to learn that they need to hire employees who really want to work and who will love their job.

Great hotel! The best hotel entertainment team I have ever had! All of the team are fantastic and welcoming! Especially Memos, we have returned for 5 years due to the entertainment team and the difference they make to our holiday! Ozzy does a great job of managing the team and the hotel should be very privileged to have them entertaining guests! Great activities throughout day and great entertainment at night! Overall a fab hotel!

Can’t fault this hotel. Everything about it is amazing. Entertainment team are wonderful and come over for a chat all the time. Love everything about it definitely would come again. Food is amazing there is something different every night. They have fun activities in the evening too the foam party is amazing! Bar street is definitely a go to aswell great night out with the entertainment team. Love pasa beach
