Amazing location just next to the station and breakfast spread is amazing, very clean and good amenities. Pleasant stay

Everything was amazing.. clean ,staff,breakfast, near airport and centre. But i have one note.. small rooms were very clean bed and everything but not nice smell and the towels looks old (very clean but very old ) and the breakfast for 5day the same buffet .. fresh and so nice but need to change the menu specifically the main menu. Many thanks for everyone was fabulous.

It was lovely but the shower does need to have a door and not just a one sided screen as the water kind of flooded the bathroom. would stay there again.

This hotel is amazing. The breakfast was 5 star as well as the service. The location is outside the Medina and next to a train station, so if you wanted to use it as home base and travel to other cities it is perfect. Everything was wonderful from the foot step and wonderful fragrance inside the lobby. Would return again and again.

The room is newly renovated, clean, and bright. Toothbrushes and other amenities are provided in the bathroom. The television offers multiple channels. There are car parks near the hotel and plenty of dining options in the vicinity of the building.

If you wish to have a relaxing vacation, do not book this hotel. Strict rules regarding outside food, which is not allowed, forcing you to consume and spend your money at the hotel restaurant… which does not offer great options.

The location is perfect as it is near the train station since I came in by train from Casablanca.

The hotel is in great location. Amenities are good pool is good too. But the staff are not well trained in hospitality. The aircon did not work in entire hotel. One of the days the room service did not come and I had to call them 3 time to get my room done. I even asked one day to warm my takeaway but they refused bcoz it’s hotel policy not to consume any outside food even in your rooms, how absurd!! My suggest is stay away if you can

We had a great stay. Clean and nice room with comfy bed. Breakfast by the pool was great. Staffs were nice and friendly especially the door gentleman! Check-in was a bit of a pain as it took ages (lack of staff when i arrived)… we needed to rest badly but had to wait for like 20 mins. Lifts are very old and slow but luckily there wasn’t many guests so it wasn’t a burden. Ingeneral i think it was a good value hotel. We would come back!

Solid hotel in a fairly good location, around 10-15 minutes cab from the old town. Next to a noisy road so defdinitely get an inside-facing room. Basic hotel gym (very basic) and nice pool. Breakfast is great! WiFi is good also.

ordered the wrong date. asked cancel or changed the date after 1mins but been refused.

I really enjoyed my state at Opera Plaza hotel. The location is fantastic!!! Close to shops and restaurants and even the train station. Staff was amazing from front desk, concierge and my favourite the masseuse. Grounds were lovely and the pool area was beautiful.

Hotel from yesteryear. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. When I checked in they gave me the keys to someone else's room. Not a great start. I tried to rest in the afternoon but there was work going in the hotel - the swimming pool is being refurbished. The same thing happened in the morning. The breakfast was great but I got food poisoning, which ruined the rest of my holiday.
