Hotel excepcional... Pessoal central, gentil e amigável. Quartos confortáveis, elegantes e limpos. Pequeno-almoço servido numa sala elegante, limpa e bem equipada. A comida era abundante e da mais alta qualidade. O pessoal da sala de jantar estava disponível e pronto para satisfazer todas as nossas necessidades, mesmo as mais particulares. Se você quiser ficar em um hotel elegante, recomendo reservar no Best Western. Nós definitivamente voltaremos

Adoro a localização deste hotel! Rua de pedestres tranquila perto da rua principal. Ótima caminhada para tudo em uma bela cidade! Restaurantes, lojas, gelatarias, vendedores e o mercado de antiguidades são facilmente acessíveis. Os quartos são um pouco antiquados em um adorável estilo eoropiano (as chaves do quarto são fabulosas - lindas e pesadas em latão e são deixadas na mesa sempre que você sai do hotel), mas os banheiros são lindamente atualizados. A equipe é agradável e a opção de café da manhã é oferecida.

The front desk staff was very personable; the room was quite large for just 2 of us; and quite clean. Located within the historic area, our balcony overlooked the small side street with restaurants and shop fronts. Downside was trying to drive to it by way of these quaint, very small side streets. The recommended dinner - Trattoria Garibaldi was fantastico. It was definitelyTLZ (and we were intimidated driving tiny alleyways in rental car) but front desk sent our plate info to local police - and no way to reach hotel unless you do TLZ - supposed to keep us from getting serious fine.

It was the best hotel where we stayed during our travels across Sicily. The staff are superb, the breakfast fantastic and the views from the balcony over the Cathedral magnificent!!! The original art work compliments the interior. Astrida and Paul PS best cannelloni.

the room was a nice size with queen bed. nice sheets and towels in the bath. the breakfast was good. a lot of breads. front desk helpful and friendly. a good stop -- a good location for visiting some interesting sites in the area. glad we stayed.

Located within the walled town of Marsala this 70s styled hotel is opposite the cathedral and a short walk from restaurants and bars. Marsala is a small town and easily walkable within the town walls. The selection of bars and restaurants was not vast but there was enough of a selection. As it's not possible to drive to the front of the hotel they provided transport for our bags to be taken from the car park to the hotel. The rooms are ensuite, clean and comfortable.

Our family in Marsala recommended the Best Western Hotel Stella d'Italia to us on our visit. At the last minute, we called and they were more than happy to accommodate us. We were totally surprised how beautiful this hotel is, its marble staircases, beautiful art work & fast elevators. We had the king room. It was a very clean, comfortable, large room with a partial view of the square. The bed & pillows were great! The bathroom is modern and large. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we ever had, they even had fresh cannoli's every morning, fresh hot foods, cold cuts and everything you can imagine. The breakfast room is bright and airy & the staff was very polite. The reception staff was helpful, offering assistances for us around Marsala. The hotel is right next to the square, which made it very quiet, and yet close to all the beauty of the Marsala square; restaurants, shoppes and the most beautiful cathedral. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay here at Hotel d'Italia. The room was clean and had all the needed amenities. Breakfast was tasty with nice options. Note that laundry was very expensive. They work with an outside vendor and they charge too much.

Centrally located in the charming seaside town of Marsala. AC was good, thank goodness, as the weather was hot. There was a teeny tiny room safe and a mini-fridge in the room. The wifi was weak and unstable in the room, clicking off every minute, but better in the lobby. Breakfast was good.
