Me and my husband booked the night before and got there around 4am after traveling all day. And they were nice enough to let us check in early. At no extra cost so we could sleep. And be refreshed for our day and we were a little late waking up and they wasn’t moved at all about our late check out. Police patrolled the premisses a lot so we felt extra safe. And it was very quiet considering it was close to highway and exit. And it was close to a restaurant and convenience store that was amazing and had everything we needed. And we was located in the center of everywhere we had to be. Great place to stay. Thank you all for the kindness and hospitality

I really like the price here and trip number trip.com never does anything wrong but Red roof inn this Red roof inn and the one in bridgeton is horrible the managers are mean disrespectful and talk down to you

Disgusting please do not stay here not even in an emergency. I would rather sleep in my car. They have roaches, dirty linen, it looks like the face towels hand towels and bath towels were so dirty that it could’ve just been used to clean a car down. The bathrooms are gross showers disgusting toilets nasty. Just gross.

Once upon a time, this was one of our company's most frequently booked hotels. That changed in August, 2016, when the management abruptly flagged my RediCard loyalty number as "do not rent" and began to blatantly and unapologetically single me out among my co-workers, refusing to rent me a room without any explanation. It took me six days following our final checkout just to get the owner on the phone. When I demanded an explanation, he accused me of allegedly stealing a bedspread (of all things) during my previous stay and informed me that he would refuse to rent me another room until I either returned the highly coveted linen or paid the $95 replacement fee. No matter how many disparate logical arguments I threw at him to illustrate the obvious absurdity of his accusation, he refused to believe me or even give me the benefit of the doubt. You just can't make this stuff up! I wouldn't be inclined to believe many of the negative reviews on here had I not witnessed many similar situations firsthand. The accounts of the owner being combative, unreasonable, and even downright irrational are absolutely plausible. He is definitely more interested in winning an argument with a guest than he is in ultimately winning the war. Needless to say, he never got the bedspread I did not steal, the replacement fee, nor any future business from me or our company.

i had a wonderful experience at this hotel .Initially ,i accidentally booked standard room ,but upon realizing my mistake, i approached the front desk .The staff there was incredibly accommodating and swiftly upgraded my room,making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. the room was clean, and the service I received was excellent .I truly appreciated their attention to customer satisfaction.

i had a fantastic stay at the motel! The pet policy was super accommodating,allowing me to bring my furry friend along with me without any hassle. the hotel staff provided excellent services, making our stay truly enjoyable I highly recommend this place to fellow travelers with pets !

Arrived on July 29th and was told by the young woman running the desk that their electricity was out due to a storm earlier, the restaurant next door and the hotel next door were also without power, and we said we would look for another hotel, she said I would not be charged….two days later I was Charged $ 139.18 for the room. I contacted them immediately and an assistant manager first told me the manager was not in, then when I called back he refused to put him on. H kept repeating that he couldn’t help me laughed and hung up. I contacted customer service to make a report and the manager suddenly called, he claimed I’d never been there, then said he was the one working that night and that their power was never out 9power company verified they did and I exactly described where they are so he had to admit I was there but then became abusive, DO NOT STAzY THERE

Office staff bad idea. Housekeeping bad attitude. Rooms smell as though there has been water damage. Had to be placed in another room. Over run trash in outside cans for days from the weekend. Derelicts wondering around the property.
