As I stated in the first survey sent, I am still waiting for a $240.74 refund after being overcharged. It has been a week since I emailed the Director of Sales, Tracy G., and I have yet to receive a reply. This experience has caused me a lot of stress, and I will not be returning. This is the second survey sent to me that I’ve filled out. I was there for the Spa and pool only since I do not gamble. I wasn’t told that both services were closed due to renovations until I checked in.
