I booked a deluxe king room. Soo comfortable for 2 kids and parents. So clean.. the facilities are complete. There is a buffet. there is a clean swimming pool for children.

Very old hotel. Needs upgrade.
Toilet must have shower screen or shower curtain.
No basic things like hand soap provided.
Carpet is old, moist and just makes the room uncomfortable.

Bad aircon. First room only warm air only. Reported to front desk. They sent technician. Comes for 1 mins says top up gas and all done. Have yo go down to front desk for room change. 2nd room ac was better but not by much. Carpet was stained and looks dirty. Toilet seat was loose. Breakfast was cold by 8.30am and bland. This will be first and last stay. To avoid.

No concierge service upon arrival. We had to carry our luggages on our own. Receptionist told us to use the concierge trolley which i think very unprofessional for the guests to push the trolley on their own 😡 breakfast buffet was ok. Checkout process was smooth. Parking also ok.

Checked-in with one cup of ZUS coffee inside the fridge, obviously the cleaner did not clean the room thoroughly. Room amenities kind of old and worn off. Poor maintenance overall. Heard some rumours the hotel is ******* 😩 but i slept well those 2 nights

The worst experience i had, previously ive stayed in this hotel twice but never experienced this kind of service at all. Totally ruined my holiday. The customer service was bad, housekeeping was poor,no way to communicate from room to reception as there was telephone but not plugged,no cable just a dummy. The wifi was horrible, Very bad service. I was with my eldery parents,unable to walk much etc and the 1st day of check in itself ruined our holiday...We waited so long nearly 2hrs to get into our room,no proper information given like which way to go or lift to take etc. The staff didn't understand English,language problems and midway they just refused to talk to me etc which i find rude and not professional. Being in the service industry and front line employees should know their work and cater to all kinds of people,not just keep quiet and walk away. Being a well known hotel with many awards,im surprised by their attitude and service. Room TV channels are limited,kitchen utensils are limited, amenities provided are limited...My stay in whole is totally wasted.

hotel is a little further away from central which is alright for me. but the room was quite run down. the floor mat wasn't well cleaned and there were stains. needs a proper maintenance. toilet was clean and all. TV is rlly old so you cant even open netflix

Good location near to port. Having a balcony in each room is great. Although air conditioning can be a hit and miss in some rooms.
