We book 4 rooms. But they pro-bide us only three rooms and doesnt refund our payment

No room service. Dirty room. No tv and no light proper. Manger behaviour is very bad. First time see in my life. I will never book hotel make my trip

The architecture is somewhat old and not in prime condition but the location is decent as it has a lot of shops nearby. The food they provide comes through a tiffin service, it is enough in amount but spicy as hell. The staff is super helpful and friendly. It is the reason i am giving them 4 stars instead of 3. If you are looking for a place to stay for a day or two with shops around to buy essentials and with a good wifi, i would recommend you this hotel.
