Hotel Mont Blanc

What a great hotel, location is perfect, rooms are great, breakfast top, facilities very nice but what really makes this place is the staff, the make you feel very welcome and nothing is too much for them. You will definitely see us coming back. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend.

The Momt Blanc hotel is wonderful, My wife and I have just returned after a long weekend break and fell in love with both the Mont Blanc hotel, and Megeve as a ski report. The hotel is wonderful, oozing character and comfort - with very attentive staff and a relaxed a**osphere. Cosy lounges set the tone for a relaxing stay, and the staff can’t do enough to help with restaurant reservations, resort advice. The location is perfect - 50 metres from the main gondola, and right in the heart of a very authentic village which is full of charm. It is a special place. Rooms are cosy and beds very comfortable, The breakfast options were plentiful and food delicious. The spa is lovely and although we didn’t book trea**ents, the whole environment is very special. The pool / spa / sauna area is nice, perhaps in need of a revamp / inves**ent but still was great to lounge around in after a busy day skiing. The staff are so helpful, and you get a sense of the quality of management and focus on the customer from the minute you arrive. A manager we met - Benjamin- was particularly courteous - a true hospitality professional and gave great advice and service to help make our stay special. We had such a good time, we booked our return trip before we left and we can’t wait to get back!!

As a family, we have stayed at the Mont Blanc MEGEVE. Our entire experience was wonderful, beginning with the moment we arrived by car at the pedestrian area and continuing all the way through the time that we checked in. The staff was extremely friendly, warm, and smiling, and they made all of us feel very welcome. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Alexandra and the lady who was accompanying her. It was a very special experience to stay in the junior suite of the hotel, which overlooked the village. Comfortable beds, a warm and inviting wooden interior, and a variety of amenities... Not only is the breakfast delicious, but the lady who was attending to us was also very kind. It was just as pleasant to check out with Alexandra as it was to be welcomed by her. There is no doubt in my mind that we will be returning to this hotel.

Exceptional view on the mountain and in a walking distance to everything.

we love the hotel - its location and style and staff are all wonderful ; the upgrades to the lunger / bar are very good and the restaurant too now looks much more inviting - we shall try it next time it would be great if it were possible to get more snacks and light lunches / evening food - maybe you could make the lounger area beyond the breakfast room used for that? having a nice fire burning in there would make it very inviting my only issue with the rooms is that when the heating comes on it makes the rooms very hot - so unless i remembered to turn the radiators down i would have a not so good sleep

We booked very last minute, the day before we travelled and the hotel were amazing at sorting everything out for us. They organised an amazing dog walker and ski guide, these together with the lovely staff at the hotel really made our stay. The bedrooms were beautiful, arranged around a little courtyard that the huskies loved playing in. They provided dog bowls and treats, and everyone was so dog friendly. Thankfully, there were some all day room service dishes; kids pasta, cheese board, etc. which were a life saver, as it meant we could feed hungry kids in the late afternoon/ early evening. The spa was a lovely place to relax in the afternoon/ evening, and have a swim. There was also a comfortable lounge with board games that the boys enjoyed. The location is perfect just a few steps from the ski lift, and right in the centre of Megeve. The only thing that wasn’t great was the ski rental shop the hotel recommended. It was crazy busy and took hours. However this was the first Sunday of the February half term, so the busiest day of the year. It isn’t normally like that. I would recommend the hotel recommends a quieter ski rental in town, away from the ski lift in busy periods. The only other thing that would have been great to have was French fries and chicken goujons on the room service menu for kids. We really had a lovely few days holiday at the Hotel Mont-Blanc and would love to go back

I recently booked two junior suites at this hotel to spend my birthday with family and one of our party tested positive with covid just before we were meant to leave so we had to cancel the trip. They kept half of the deposit and instead of allowing me to roll the deposit to another weekend when they are not fully booked they have been rude and extremely unhelpful in arranging to work something out. I emailed them and they have stopped responding which is not the correct way to interact with customers. I have stayed at the sister hotel Le Lodge Park and been a loyal client of this hotel chain but it is appalling for them to keep $3000 and not reply to my emails and have rude customer service on the phone when I did call.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly service. The hotel’s staff are working hard to make you feel welcome. Breakfast is delicious. Lounge and reception area is also very nice. Two rooms with connecting doors makes it very family friendly. We will definitely come back!
