O Marriot Vacation Club está localizado em um hotel afiliado ao Marriott em South Beach, Miami. O hotel não é ruim. Existem passeios gratuitos entre as praias do norte e do sul.

Location: you can’t beat the location! Right in the center of South Beach with so many restaurants to choose from in just 100 meters radius, including Havana 1957 located at the hotel - excellent ambiance and food. Check-in: Marcus at the reception helped with the check in. We came early and he found us a room with a view!! Very helpful and gave us all the information about the amenities and area for a wonderful time. Room: Pastel color beach decor and very spacious. Best is the large window with view of the beach! Microwave, good size mini fridge with separate freezer compartment, coffee maker, etc. Bathroom: clean and spacious. No tub but a wonderful refreshing shower. Other amenities: trolley with beach chairs, umbrella, towels!! Hotel is like a boutique hotel and felt very cozy and intimate. Definitely will stay when in Miami. Again hats off to Marcus.

From the moment I walked in nothing but great customer service and experience. Miriam checked me in, was friendly, smiling, explained everything. Room was great. Hotel does a free happy hour which was great. Free beach chairs, towels, etc...very convenient to just walk right across to beach. Free waters in rooms, sitting her now writing this review doing free laundry. Very few things in South Beach are free so really feel this hotel offers a great value. Best thing was the service though, every person I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Felt like a place where the employees are happy which is rare in south Florida. Short stay but looking forward to return.

Wanted to say thank you to Ricardo who checked us in and gave a good presentation of what the expectations would be staying here for the first time. Me and my husband really enjoyed the room and all the cool items that put in for your convenience. Now a days its hard to find people who want to provide Customer Service as we get so acclimated with computers devices and robots. Ricardo was a great representation of what good service and a great smile upon check in is all about. Thanks Ricardo!

Upon checking in, we were greeted by the manager (can’t remember his name but he had eye glasses). He asks for my name that was under the reservation and for my I.D. and he proceeds to check us in or so we thought. He checked us in under someone else’s reservation and had us pay. He “didn’t realize” til after our card went through. He said that he canceled it and we had to re-do the payment again, which we did. On top of that, our room was not ready while our other friends were. Being back home now, we got charged 4 DIFFERENT TIMES by the hotel and one of the amount was different from the other 3 charges. This is such a huge disappointment because there is absolutely no reason for that many charges under one reservation! His apology was not sincere at all and felt like it was just brushed to the side. Also, if you didn’t know this is a timeshare hotel so they will call you. We got called twice with my cellphone number asking for me the first time and then my husband the second. We are under the same reservation there is no reason to call twice with the same information after we had already turned it down the first time. Location is very easy to find and right on Ocean Drive. There is a Cuban restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. They provide a cart with beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs in the room, however if you use it just remember you will have sand all over your room because you have to bring it back. There should be a different option for storing it because when housekeeping came into our room, they moved the beach cart to the balcony and didn’t even sweep/vacuum the sand mess that they made in our room from moving it across the entire room.

I come to south beach at least twice a year and my stay here is never short of AMAZING. Ricardo, Miriam, Kyle, JT, and Edward are the star players to this awesome team. They have made my stay so rewarding and keep me coming back. This hotel is extremely clean, welcoming, and nestled in the right place for all entertainment, food, and beach time with your family and friends. Kudos to this great hotel and even greater team! We had a great time at this property. Everyone was wonderful. From check in to check out and everything in between, the staff were very helpful, courteous and wanted to ensure we had a great time. While cannot remember everyone’s name but special shoutout to Kyle, Miriam, Richardo, May and CJ (the guy at the rooftop bar and ice cream/smoothie bar). Since cars are not allowed in the pedestrian only street in front of the entrance, Kyle the front desk person helped with luggage by bringing the cart to the side of the building. Celebrating our milestone anniversary they put a bottle of champagne for us in the room which was an heart warming touch. Happy hour everyday with complimentary drinks was nice. One day they even had complimentary ice cream and fruit smoothie. They provided a beach buggy which included chairs, umbrella and towels which was very convenient. Would return in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Vacation Club Pulse, South Beach very much. The accommodations are modern and clean and beds are comfortable. Located in a section of Ocean Drive that does not allow vehicles has it's pluses and minuses; having no traffic made it easier to enjoy the view and gave easy access to the beach, but it does mean you have to drag your luggage from around the corner where you park in a garage. The beach cart full of towels, an umbrella, 2 chairs and a cooler was great! We loved our afternoon on the beach which is huge so it never felt crowded. Activities at the Pulse are worth partaking in. While there we joined the activity involving sampling local Florida beers and discovered a couple of new favorites. Renting the bikes to ride on the beach walks is conveniently located in the lobby and only cost $2.00. South Beach is a fun vacation spot. We definitely hope to return and if so will stay again at the Pulse.

This hotel has a really good location across from South Beach with a pedestrianised section of the road in front which is great. The room was really spacious, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Providing chairs etc. for the beach is a really good touch. We also used the free bikes one day and covered the full stretch of beach which was lovely. This is basic accommodation but that was all we expected. It does have the potential to be fantastic if they could improve the rooftop and potentially install a pool / lounging space.

Great location, across from the beach. Beach cart provided in your room with chairs, towels and an umbrella. It made going to the beach a breeze. The room was plenty big enough for the two of us. It did have a pull out couch, so if you had children with you, they could easily sleep there. The view from the room was just an ally way but I didn't come to South Beach to look out my hotel room window so that didn't bother me. Plenty of natural light into the room. All the staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful. JC and his activities were a pleasant surprise from daily Happy Hours, craft beer tasting and sip & painting were all a big hit. There is no parking at the hotel itself but we used the valet at the adjacent hotel. We found a car was not needed at all during the three day visit. The hotel is a few short steps from where you valet so parking really was a NON Issue. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay here again without hesitation.

This was our second visit to the property. It was a great second visit. We arrived a little later than planned but the staff was very understanding and helpful. Our rooms were spotless upon arrival and were in a great location. Now our first visit we had a room overlooking Ocean Drive with the views of the beach, our rooms for this stay did not have a view of the beach but were very quiet and tucked away. To me, one of the best aspects of this property is no car traffic, all foot traffic. The noise level is very minimal and being across the street from the beach was perfect. I was recognized for my Marriott Bonvoy status, which was a great touch. Free use of the washer and dryer, Happy Hours, proximity to restaurants, and the staff made this visit a wonderful one. I do look forward to staying again and again when visiting South Beach.
